    Hey good video, do you have the battery drainage problem? A lot of these m5s have this problem mine has it too, dealer charges insane amount of money to diagnose which modules or whatever isnt going to sleep, my car never died but clock resets and keyless entry sometimes wont work

      Alina Gherasim Thank you for watching! Alex has been fortunate enough to not have encountered that yet. I would imagine the dealer charging INSANE prices for small things. I mean a diagnosis would easily go for a $100 if you took it to them.
      From what I’ve read, e60 m5 owners say that it is a bad CA module (comfort access door module). Easy way to see if CA is pulling power is if you check to see which door handle doesn't work via CA. When they go bad, they pull power. Basically just put your hand on the handle, door should open/close normally the way CA should work; also try the trunk.
      They say you can either replace it via DIY (cheap route) or have the dealership do it.
