Sad to hear of JR's passing enjoyed watching him run @ Monroe when they came through. I knew several of the guys when he ran with Hayes group.
So sorry to hear of this! He came east many times and gave our ISMA boys a great fight, was extremely well loved by the fans.
So sad to hear, loved seeing him at Mesa Marin and PIR....his daughter was a great driver also.

Think this was Rex Beach's last race ever....was there and it was a nasty crash...
Unfortunately it was. He suffered serious head injuries that he never really recovered from. It ultimately dramatically shortened his life.
