Thanks for watching! Comment below and let Kay and I know what you took away from her journey that can help you quit smoking too.
Day 1 and I'm coughing so bad!!
That was awesome , Great tool. Thanks🎉
OMG this woman makes so much sense to me. She was me. Now I want to be her. This was so inspiring for me. Thank you so much for sharing your journey.
I'm on 8 days! Goin strong
Edit: 3 weeks strong, if I can do it anyone can!
Thats true
I'm on day 8 - great inspiration 🙏! Thank you for your encouraging comment.
🙏🙏🙏
The part about not deserving punishment for having fallen trap to addiction really helped me ❤
Thank you 🙏
On track to taking my life back ☺️
I've been a smoker for 56 years! In January I had my lower right lobe of my lung removed. I had Stage 1A lung cancer, fortunately it wasn't worse, but I also have mild COPD. I'm a twin & we've both smoked 56 years always being together. Even with the cancer, I started smoking again (4-5 per day), but I'm done! It felt I wasn't healing right. I'm on day 3 & my chest & back feel better! My sister this week had all her teeth pulled so she can't smoke, but she's done too. If you can't stop after a cancer dx, you seriously need help & this video & more has truly helped me. I'm struggling with it, but I'm going to do it, otherwise, the only thing I have to look forward to is regret. I'll be 70 this year, it's not too late! Ty for your wonderful videos. I'm actually watching & listening.
Your words have helped me immeasurably to be successful this time around. I cannot thank you enough for developing this program. I watch a video every day to strengthen my resolve to finally be able to say, “I’m a former smoker! I’m done with it; the shame, the self abuse, the stink! Having worked with Kay in my hospice days, she is just one of those people who will inspire you and lead you on to be your best self. Love you both 💕
First I thought omg 45 minutes, but at the end didn't want to finish. You are both amazing, thank you for sharing this touching stories and great advices. Smoking makes you a slave to your own mind ❤🦉🦋
Thank you for sharing Julija! Kay was so good we couldn't have made this video any shorter! :)
😂ya think...lol
This channel has helped me so much. I'm looking forward to my quit date. This is a great interview. My brain doesn't know best.
This all resonates with me…
She was me and now I want to be her.
My body can heal…
And when she said … I sat and smoked and subconsciously waited for my cancer. 😢 ~ this is me and honestly didn’t know how to describe that until you said it.
Kay you are an inspiration! So much of your journey resonates with my own. I discovered so much about myself doing the worksheets and writing down every cigarette was a real eye opener. The reason I started smoking was because I felt I could not express my true feelings to my parents. 50 years later still holding that fear and writing it out was a great relief. Adjusting to that emotional freedom still ignites great anxiety and I went over my quit date of last week. I will try your essential oil therapy and set a new quit date of July 21st. my 65th birthday. Much gratitude for sharing your story!
Thank you for the inspiration! I teared up twice because i can totally relate to some of the struggles!
🙏
Oh, my gosh! Thank you so much! “I DESERVE TO BE HAPPY AND FREE!” (In 2.5 hrs-after my yoga class-I will smoke my last cigarette! Already smashed and put mustard on the rest of my tobacco, papers, and filters before tossing them in the trash! And, I have, and just pulled out of the cabinet: food-grade peppermint and lavender essential oils!!! I AM READY!!! Have been doing the work, available to me from the method, for 2 weeks. I AM READY!!! I am so grateful that have been able to follow the videos, the website, and the FB group, since I can’t afford the program-really. Thank you, Nasia, for making that available for us that can’t pay-really!
Thank you Kay for sharing your experiences on your journey to being a non-smoker. There are lots of powerful tips in your talk. And thank you Nasia.
I can totally sympathise with that moment when you are confronted with your smoking as ‘self abuse’ and ‘low vibration’.I too had changed so much about my lifestyle and diet but the fact that I still smoked was such an anomaly and depressingly held me back in so many ways. I’m so glad to hear your story and celebrate you raising your vibration and becoming more fully yourself. I’m three days in which is a big achievement for me but thanks to these messages I know I am done and ready to embrace my smoke free life. Thanks for the great interview.
As a mental health nurse I can relate to ALL of this!! Thank you for sharing this!! Every last word from both of you was helpful. I'm on day one and am greatful for you both.
I am a nurse, trying to quit.
Watching this really helps, thank u!!!
What really hits me is when she said that patient get so much sugar/candy in rehab for that dopamine hit.
That really clicked me... I worked in rehab for one year, and it was really crazy how much sweets we were eating (the nursing staff) during shifts... If we werent smoking.
I think that video really helps alot of nurses to click...
Regards
💞💞💞thank you for sharing. This so resonates with me so deeply... I appreciate Kay's honesty and her beautiful example.
Thank you for sharing Mary! 👍🙏
My quit date is July 1~my anxiety is through the roof😵💫 I will buy black pepper essential oil and use as suggested. I already have many, and am a true believer in aromatherapy! Thank you to Kay and Nasia😘😘
How are you doing with this method
Nasia Davos the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. I'm one month smoke free btw
Congratulations Farris I’m still trying as I speak
Literally she is! Inside & out. I can feel her love from this screen 🥰
Absolutely inspirational. So moving. What a gift of hope x
Natasha is like a big sister who constantly nags you to stay away from cigarette , teaches you to leave the filthy habit , love you sister for the work you are doing its my 3rd day going strong and if i get cravings i just see any of your video it is really helpfull
Great interview, I gove up smoking 2 months ago...thanks for sharing this inspiring experience❤
This is so inspiring, thank you for sharing
This is really an eye opener conversation. Especially coming from a wellness person. What a contradiction - on one hand you are advising your patients on wellness and also you are struggling with it yourself. The journey and conclusion is quite motivating. I am also on my journey to quit smoking-a week old. I have been on and off it . I am using CBQ methods and loving it.
Very inspiring. I could relate to everything she said. I have liked all the video's with people who have gone through the program but I enjoyed this one the most.
Oh my goodness cayenne pepper just took my craving away😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕 oh my goodness!!
Thanks for sharing your testimonial. It helps me just hearing about the journeys/adventures of those who have succeeded in getting out of smoking bondage. Thank you both
Loved this video. Thank you both so much. 💓

Hi nasia, can you please make a video about insomnia? Its been a month for me since i quit and my insomnia is so terrible.
My dr claimed it will get better in 1-3 months and will sleep better as a non smoke
Hi Mohamed, congratulations! You can watch this video about withdrawal symptoms, including insomnia: ua-cam.com/video/XYeoCzUgwJA/v-deo.html
Maybe these will work for me
Wow! Just what I needed to hear. I'm on day 3 and really battling. So listening to this has given me the vision, the resolution and inspiration I've needed. Thank you so much 🙏🦋💝🌟
Thank you both! Very insightful and inspiring. Kay, do you counsel?
You're welcome! You can reach Kay here: getoiling.com/KayCooney
Love this one... I can totally connect with this lady. Thank you to the both of you!!!
Yes, she's amazing! And closed 2 years smoke-free a couple of days ago :)
I identify with what the exsmoker Kay says! My oldest daughter and I are doing this together, and we're both realizing that most of the time, we're smoking bc we're BORED. For me, it's either bc I'm bored, or nothing more than an emotional habit! I'm sure the physical addiction is there after smoking for 46 years, but a lot of times, it's not the physical addiction that makes me smoke!! How dumb is THAT???!!!
I really enjoyed this interview with Kay very amazing lady thank you some good tips in planning my journey.
I decided not to make quitting as a new years resolution and take it day by day
OMG!! Did this interview resonate with me!❤! Thank you, thank you, thank you both!❤!❤!
Thank you this is good information!!
Love this! It's time 🙏
Oh, thank you! This lady is an inspiration ❤

The best things i used to enjoy like exercising, is now becoming hard for me. My tinnitus is also getting worse. I want to quit
Wonderful
Powerful
