    Am from jamaica and this program help me stop smoking now i feel like a hold new person fight these symtoms but its getting better thanks i lot .. i love you

    Today's it's 6th day I have been Quited Smoking.
    But today I got Very High Urges and Craving.. and positive Imagination about Cigarettes.
    But Yesterday it was nothing , no craving etc.
    I am bit Confused about this , Please Help me Sister.

      did the same amount for about 5-6 years bro and I easily did it... it's easier when we aren't heavy smoker's trust me it's gonna be easiest after about 2 weeks 3 weeks maximum..you can do it

    I fell now heat inside my body, is it reaction of necotine widrawal or what? But i have n0 fever with n0rmal temperature.
