AJ too soft, probably too much wrapping in cotton wool.. Both lost to usyk, DDD went to the fire with fighting unbeaten fighters like baby miller and hergavic , AJ went to the fire exit to fight losers.. AJ is a bully and doesn’t like fighting people who have similar power, he likes weaker punchers, he didn’t plan on fighting DDD (hergavic) and to have a special rematch clause tells us a story.. It was one-sided because he took a clean shot on the chin during the 1st round. That shot shoud've NEVER LANDED...it was slow too as if was a quicker shot then AJ (or anyone else) would've been out cold but it was CLEAN and direct shot on the chin. Poor preparation and no way to continue effectively so I am impressed that he was able to hurt Dubios in the 5th round.
I actually think Joshua can beat Dubois in a rematch. I feel like he needs psychological help from a sports therapist. Joshua had him hurt but was not patient enough, he had to jab and set up the right hand. It’s sad to see Joshua not be mentally ready - accept areas Dubois can threaten him - accept he cannot bum rush the top level fighters - accept that you cannot go for a one punch knockout and keep your chin up like a giraffe.
Parker, wilder before he was done, fury, usyk, zhang, would chin Joshua. Ruiz woulda been him twice if he trained for 2nd fight. Joshua is about 6 or 6 in world and eventually he had to fight someone who punches back
Yes, I am SHOCKED by Ben Davison...I don't think that he even entered the ring until he threw the towel in the 5th. When your fighter gets clocked you need to be in front of him, throwing water on his face and giving him HARD INSTRUCTIONS not standing on the appron giving general advice. Didn't seem that his corner escalated in response to how the fight was going. Davison could have throw the towel a lot earlier if he had truly tried to assess his fighters mental condition.

Keep as a motivational team member, but he's no teacher or trainer at this level. You saw his corner work. I'm one of the few who cashed in on a DDD ko mainly because I'm familiar with Ben Davisons 'training. "

Where we may disagree, though, is that I believe that Fury and Wilder are more to blame for that than Joshua. It just annoys me that AJ seems to be the one who gets the blame for everything while Fury and Wilder get no criticism at all.
He is totally correct a one sided fight apart from 1 punch he landed in the 5th round.
