I remember trying to make an inventory system for my game. It was a complete nightmare with so many bugs!

The second game with the rock mining is Icarus.
When an items is interactable make it have an outline around it when you hover your cursor over it.
Thank you for this advice, now you say it, I can see that it's hard to see if you can pickup an item... Added to my to do list!
