If you saw how and where I spray painted my current frame you'd probably have a heart attack. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and don't have a workshop, but I did the best that I could give the conditions and I'm quit happy with the results. I did get 100% of my inspiration from you though, Martin, so thank you for sharing your incredible artistic talents with us on your channel. You're the best! 😁
Hi, Martin. Been a fan of your channel since 2022 when I started getting into cycling. Your recent videos about your mental health and your business were touching and heart-breaking -- but I'm glad you're back at it. You're an artist and your art deserves to be seen. Please take care of yourself. You look like you've lost a little weight, and I just hope you're doing ok. Remember that happiness is not possible without health, so put your health and well-being before everything else. And that's a stunning bike by the way.
The number of stages, time, level of detail and finally the end result is just outstanding. Hope you client watches this video and understands the amount of brilliant workmanship went into this bike. Pure artistry.
You are the absolute GURU of custom bike paint - not just in Germany but on the freaking planet. Don’t worry if your videos sometimes miss some footage. They are still amazing and allow for some great insight.
Having been a car painter in my younger I like to feel that as painters we have a kinship. But every time I see you work I realize that we have as much in common as a kid in a sandbox building a sand castle to a master craftsman building a high end mansion. Keep up the amazing work and hope you are feeling better.
I just had an epiphany, That the level of effort that goes into everything you do is so amazing, not only is the painting of the bikes unbelievable, your work shop is always spotless and its a full-time job / business on its own. But on top of that you produce this level of content which is also another full-time job and you do it all at such high quality which makes it even more unbelievable, and it seems like you do it all on your own! In all the channels on UA-cam I subscribe to Im not sure if I can think of any that compare to the effort and attention to detail that it feels like you are putting in here! It's quite amazing, Congratulations!
one word... WOW! Love tour work ETOE.. Never stop being you or posting these fantastic works of art.. ~Never thought these colours would be achieved over a solid chrome base coat
Thank you brother. I've been subscribed for a long time. I'm off work today going through your videos 👍 them all to at least help the algorithm. God bless ,I absolutely love your work. I spray lacquer to custom match shop built cabinets to match factory finishes. I use an heated HVLP rig. Your work is outstanding. ❤
It would be fun to see a video where you and a novice/amateur takes in the same sort of project and how much the result would differ. Your attention to details is just on another level. 👍👍👍👍
As always, really amazing work. I paint frames, I do metalic, I use Createx, but you're a million miles ahead of me. Very inspirational, and thank you. ... I'm there with you about the sanding.v
You are the best painter, by far, when it comes to bike painting. I do hope you get some jobs for cars and motorcycles, too, since your talent and dedication shows. Take care of yourself, stay in the sun as much as you can, for a start!
Hi Martin and greetings from the UK. Fantastic video and great to see your workflow in a bit more detail. While that frame colour is not too much taste, what an epic end result and quality of finish, your work is stunning! I’d love to get you to spray my road frame a new colour.
Wow, so much work, but the result speaks for itself. I love the colour combination, great choice. Considering the cost of such a nice paint job, you have to decide: New bike or new paint job 😁
Hi Martin, really love your works and I'm kinda curious if it's possible for you to make a video hydro dipping a bike frame. I'm curious what the result will be. Thanks
I have a 700c kent naz bike its black and red but im thinking of making it chrome this video helps out wi to do i dont have a garage im in an apartment
Why do you leave the manufacture sticker (and surrounding paint) on the seat tube during your paint removal? Are you trying to preserve the original stickers, and if so, don’t you need to mask tightly around them? Or do you print new stickers with all the other graphics? Thanks for another great video. Hope you’re feeling better.
I have a shaved spot on my alloy shifts that I tried to paint black again using a car paint pen. However the paint can be removed with my hand. Can you recommend a good black car paint pen, or do I need primer or a better clearcoat? The paint pen clearcode also does not stick propertly...
Could never do this myself. Too much time and money to invest with the process just to do it once. I'll just higher someone like you and pay the premium.
so what I understood here was anyone can grab a cheap Chinese carbon frame, apple some fancy colors and stickers and sell it for 10x of the original price. not that orbea is a top brand but it can happen with any brand.
Stunning 😳 and that's a LOT of coats and sanding! I admire your skills and patience Martin!

find me a person who can paint as flawlessly as this man. Dudes awe inspiring.
Absolutely stunning paint work. I sure hope you charge accordingly. There is so much time/labor involved. Beautiful work.

Either or. Both is not possible.
Sehr schön Martin. Ich liebe deine Videos vom Costum painting. Ich freue mich dass Dein Kanal noch lebt. Vielen Dank
That smile makes the patreon sub worth it.
So glad to see you back to business! You are an inspiration Martin.
Damm Martin! You keep knockin it out of the park!!! Wicked music choice also.... All the Best, Cheers, Doug
Martin, Top notch as always! Love the colours and the attention to detail resulting in a work of art.

Martin is Back ! Good to see you with new Energie , I wish you a happy new year
Waw… what a craftmanship! As a graphic designers I allready have ideas for my own roadbike 😊 now I can start saving 😁
You can save, time, and send the frame to Martin😊
I LOVE that gold! and the blue. It's a real interesting hue of blue as well,
Stunning👍 I was in 2 minds about the blue as I liked it just after you sanded it in a more matt finish, however the finished article does look great.
Striking result.. nice work martin yet again!!
Awesome paintwork. Absolutely brilliant!
Absolutely stunning love the chrome colour 💜👍😻
Sieht absolut geil aus Martin. Richtig viel Arbeit aber das Ergebnis ist toll! Alles Gute!
Amazing work, may the algorithm be with you
I will sponsor your coffee Martin. Love your work always
Awesome, thank you!

Amazing color design. Imagine putting same scheme onto wheels!!
That is an absolute work of art!
Fantastic paintjob, really love how it turned out. Hope you recover soon from the man flu 🤧
Stunning paint job mate, cracking job

Honorable mention to Contador's SL5 silver painted. Best looking road bike ever imho
looks awesome, thanks Martin for sharing and showing us your great and skill full work 🙂
Great work as usual Martin.
What did you do to the UCI-Logo? After Mediablasting it was still there... Did you just cover it up and it's the original one?
Very good work, and the colors are very nice. 👍
An unbelievable paint job 👏
Great work Martin
Such a pro job! Really impressive.....
wow this is really next level stuff, very nice !
Another amazing video.. Thank you Martin!
Such epic craftsmanship
BEAUTIFUL. As always.
Absolute BANGER!
Your work is breathtaking I would be happy to make my cube bike available to you for your videos😍
Thanks. Guess what I have a whole graveyard full of bikes made "available " for my videos. I will be dead before they are all painted.
I really like your Work!!! It’s really good!!!
Martini wieder einen super Arbeit!!! LG 👍🥇
Gracias por tus videos , te seguimos desde México 🎉
Hi Martin, really love your works and I'm kinda curious if it's possible for you to make a video hydro dipping a bike frame. I'm curious what the result will be. Thanks
Love your videos, keep up the good work
Lieber Martin, sag bitte, wie viele ml. Hier wurde Mipacrom verwendet
der Rahmen?
Danke!
Hello. Can you tell me the model of Iwata mini paint gun, black color and nozzle diameter?
Are they the same for paint and varnish?
I have a 700c kent naz bike its black and red but im thinking of making it chrome this video helps out wi to do i dont have a garage im in an apartment

I think you are not allowed to put the uci label on yourself. He put a small clear sticker on top that can be removed after painting
Can't race a bike without the UCI sticker, and it cannot be altered or tampered with.
Einfach nur geniale Arbeit!
amazing work + amazing video !!!!
Looks good gold chrome mate.
Stunning!
Great episode Martin
Do you set your spray pattern off screen or are you setting your adjustments after cleaning without spraying?
Always great content Martin! Is painting titanium any different than aluminium or carbon?
You need a primer that bonds nicely to titan, after that it is exactly the same
I have a shaved spot on my alloy shifts that I tried to paint black again using a car paint pen. However the paint can be removed with my hand. Can you recommend a good black car paint pen, or do I need primer or a better clearcoat? The paint pen clearcode also does not stick propertly...
It´s safe to sabdblast carbon frames or that´s a special grit powder?
Que masking tape ocupas para hacer las letras y lineas?
Love your videos. Can you do a video recreating Omnium's "blurple" paint with spray cans? Thanks!
I like all your videos you are one amazing person, worndering you can share the details for the paint stand you have
Can you please update your paint stand ?
great job, I like these videos
You should start an academy to learn directly from the teacher
Can this also be done with spray cans?
Could never do this myself. Too much time and money to invest with the process just to do it once. I'll just higher someone like you and pay the premium.
Loved this video, thanks
i have also a orbea orca
What vinyl stencil do you use? I see most helmet painters use this same one, but I cant tell.
War die Chromfarbe nötig um die Schein der Goldfarbe raus zu bringen?
next time can you weigh the frame before sanding blasting, after sandblasting and then the final weight after you have painted it?
I did that on a MTB carbon frame following Martins instructions. Paint weight was 240 grams. I hope that is useful 👍😉
Beautiful painting job , the color combo its not my taste .. bayway , the paint dust could make any health harm if breathe in while sanding ??
Eres una máquina
Saludos desde spain 👍
Hallo Martin, ich mochte das Video sehr Funktionieren Automobillacke?
Did you weigh how much weight this paintjob added to the frame?
Irrelevant.
@@bobsnabby2298 It's my interest? Why is it irrelevant?
Martin stated in another video that his custom paint jobs are lighter than original factory paint.
like it very much. Good job!
is this supposed to be an improvement?
I wish I could afford to support you. But I can barely afford food for myself.
Nice job
You are the Best.
That’s a bit of an improvement…
Soooooooooo good !!
how much it cost all this process
I would leave the Orbea logo off. It is Spanish for doesn’t live up to expectations.
The best.💪
Отличная работа!
Thanks!
Thanks a lot for your support.
CHAPEAU!!!!😊
Nice!!
I wanted to see the Chrome look 😢
then open your eyes
@@christianschmid0307 actual chrome in the video, not desaturated gold on the thumbnail.

Nooo, you can't show the final effect at the beginning of the video...
