It's so funny but when you say 'bend that leg' or ' keep that leg straight. Or at other times 'drop those shoulders' and 'head up' all those sort of things - you are looking straight at me so I quickly re-arrange my position. Can you see me from your studio?🙄 All your sessions are so good for me - except just a few where I think I am going to collapse half way through.😦😲 Thanks Rachel. X🤗

Thank you Rachel! Still a bit of a klutz, but did much better than last year. I can’t stand very high on my toes but I don’t think I could last year at all. I injured them when a kid, since then they have stiffened up and are sore to stand on. Continuing exercises might not make them like new but hopefully prevent them from getting worse. I continue to promote your channel. Hugs 🥰

I've been doing YT workouts for years, but have never done anything like this. It was fantastic, thank you! I have a weak ankle, and looking for workouts which will help strengthen - I could feel my ankle and foot muscles working hard! A new subscriber :)

I know the first time I did it my balance was not as good and lifting my heels and moving was far more of a challenge. Progress for Day 21. Love the class too. Used to dance ballet and modern.

As I'm healing from stevia issues, I did this one also with 2 pd weights, sweating, hopefully this is a good thing.
