    Loved this 15 min barre workout, 10/15 min standing workouts at the start of each day are perfect for me. Many thanks for the huge variety of your sessions and I love the inclusion of your ballet training which adds something extra to the Pilates moves. Thank you Rachel.

    It's so funny but when you say 'bend that leg' or ' keep that leg straight. Or at other times 'drop those shoulders' and 'head up' all those sort of things - you are looking straight at me so I quickly re-arrange my position. Can you see me from your studio?🙄 All your sessions are so good for me - except just a few where I think I am going to collapse half way through.😦😲 Thanks Rachel. X🤗

    Thank you Rachel! Still a bit of a klutz, but did much better than last year. I can’t stand very high on my toes but I don’t think I could last year at all. I injured them when a kid, since then they have stiffened up and are sore to stand on. Continuing exercises might not make them like new but hopefully prevent them from getting worse. I continue to promote your channel. Hugs 🥰

    I know the first time I did it my balance was not as good and lifting my heels and moving was far more of a challenge. Progress for Day 21. Love the class too. Used to dance ballet and modern.

    Just did this class for first time after your 30 min full body….heart rate up…but form & balance need lots of improvement😳. Thanks Rachel-great quick session to tuck in anywhere 🥰

    Thanks, Rachael. Sometimes I don’t feel wanna lie down on the mat but wanna do exercise - standing Pilates like this is really helpful. By the way, I just learn play badminton recently, is there any videos of you that I can use before and after playing badminton? Or would you think to make ones : warm up and cool down for racquet sports please?🙏
