    I just ordered all of the stuff last night and I can’t wait to do it on myself! I’m kind of nervous because I have never bleached my hair! But I trust myself to do well! Even though I know it may be time consuming, good things take time so I’ll make sure to take my time during the process! I’ve always just used simple box dye and my hair is pretty brassy so hopefully this works out! Thank you for this tutorial you explained everything so well and your hair looks amazing!!❤️

      Omg yay!!! 🥰 so happy that you found my video helpful 💓 I recommend that you try a strand test so you can see how fast your hair lightens before starting in bigger sections of hair & that way you’ll have a better idea of how long to leave the foils 🤗 I’m so excited for you! Lmk how it turns out❤️

    Beautiful job!! 👏
    I love BlondMe! It might be a bit pricier than other ("popular") brands of lightener, but BlondMe never damages my hair like those others have. That peace of mind makes it well worth the price! 😁

    • @GenesisBatista
      @GenesisBatista  3 роки тому

      Yes I agree 100% BlondeMe doesn’t dry up my hair like some of the other lighteners I’ve used in the past. It’s definitely worth the splurge!🥰

    thank you so much.did you use a developer for toner?10 volume maybe.ı wanna try your style

    • @GenesisBatista
      @GenesisBatista  3 роки тому +1

      Yes, I use volume 10 with toners, but if I’m all out I’ll also use volume 20 and it also works good. Specifically with Schwarzkopf toners, haven’t tried that mix with another brand.

    Hi! In your recent ig post you toned your hair.. what did you use? :)

  • @tori2dles
    @tori2dles 3 роки тому

    Such a good video and you’re so sweet to help us.
    For the future, “Schwartzkopf” is German and is two words put together.
    Schwartz + Kopf = Black + Head
    (Not the pimple kind. LOL. It means someone with dark, dark hair.)
    In English, we’d say:
    Shworts - It’s like putting an “sh” before saying “worts” or throwing in a “w” before the “o” in “shorts.”
    copf- It’s like saying the word “cops” but switch the “s” sound to an “f” sound.
    Sorry to all the Germans reading this. It’s how we pronounce it in English. I know it’s quite different in Deutsch.

    • @GenesisBatista
      @GenesisBatista  3 роки тому +2

      Thank you for explaining💓 I had no idea that’s what the name meant! I’ll be sure to do a better job at pronouncing it next time!
      Btw- I saw your comment about the board; colorist boards are used to help stylist with highlighting and balayage techniques. It serves like a support for the foil so that you can paint better on the hair. Just picture placing the foil on top of a rectangular plastic board and then painting the hair on top. I’ll try my best to show on my next video, it’s super helpful!

    • @tori2dles
      @tori2dles 3 роки тому

      @@GenesisBatista - Oh, thanks for explaining that! Totally makes sense. I’ve never colored my hair, but am starting to get those first grays and trying to figure out how to cover it but make it look natural to my own hair color (w/natural highlights). Your video gives me a lot of hope and you did a spectacular job. ☺️

    Hi!!! The toner is mixed with the developer or not??? Great job by the way!!!!!!!!

    • @GenesisBatista
      @GenesisBatista  3 роки тому

      Thank you! 🥰 Yes for this video I only had 20 volume developer on hand so I mixed the toner with 20 volume. But 6 or 10 volume is much better for mixing with toner. Hope this helps💓
