How do I get some of those "bomb proof boots"? My boots are already cracking on my EMF joints on my Cummins after 12000 miles and less than a year of service. Other than that, love the joints.
ID10Tpig were your boots black? We started getting blue ones made for us by another company and they last a lot longer than the black ones we used to use. those ones in the video were machined specifically for the Dana 60 ball joints and if they work out well, we might make some for the other ones too but in the meantime, you can get a set of the blue ones here if you like: emfballjoints.com/collections/ball-joint-rebuild-parts/products/emf-ball-joint-boots-2000-2013-dodge-ram-2500-3500
with these dana 60 ball joints installed on a ford super duty , can you still grease the upper ball joint, or do you have to remove the nipple and install it when greasing??

What year is your truck? And how much room is there for the boot? There has to be a reason it's splitting so soon.

We put the grease nipple in the end of the pin not in the bottom of the body so you can grease it from the top of the knuckle.
