I watched this when it first came out with my grandfather on Showtime. I had never seen him laugh as hard as he did watching this. He wa really tickled by this standup. Even though I probably was a little too young to be watching at 12, it was really awesome to have that with him as he passed less than two years later.
The memories of our loved one's stay in our minds & hearts forever. The way Tommy ended this show is something that I'm sure made your Grandpa smile & look at you with hope that you'd get to see that unity of our African American people.
