RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1-2 broccoli 500 gr.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
Cut into small pieces.
Broccoli is ready!
250 grams of pasta.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Butter. 60 gr. / 2 tablespoons.
2 garlic.
Mix and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Flour 30 gr. 2-3 tablespoons.
milk 700ml.
Milk should be at room temperature.
Pour little by little and stir constantly!
Macaroni is ready!
Cook sauce over medium heat until thickened.
Cheese 100 gr. Mozzarella 100 gr.
Add cheese and mix well.
I don't add all the cheese.
Salt. Black pepper.
Nutmeg.
sunflower oil.
Add all the ingredients.
I put some cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

This is very tasty I made it tonight for dinner thank you ", 😋I didn't use mozzarella cheese I used cheddar there was only a limited amount of cheddar that I had on tap I added Parmesan cheese before placing it into the oven I also put some bread crumbs on top it turned out really delicious and with that also I added kale I didn't think I would have enough broccoli it turned out really good I will make it again very soon😋🙂
