Don't get me wrong I would NEVER buy a bussdown watch trust me, however Nico's issues are different his main problem is the people that predominantly wear them. I don't even have an issues that he doesn't like my people I would just prefer if he was honest about it. Like if you watch his videos its like it pains him to say anything nice about black people, and trust me I don't care he should just be real. It’s not logic lol he is lying to you. If what he said was true you could buy iced out watches for the same price as they cost without diamonds. There is a market for these watches and they are worth more with diamonds in them in most cases. There are exceptions to it but we are talking about iced out watches in general

Also diamonds have deflationary value and horrible resell market as they are not really rare and price is jacked up artificially. So if you paid 40k for diamonds you could probably expect to sell them for 50% of that. So my guess is that watch isn't even worth 30k.

Common sense 40k diamonds + 60k watch =100k value , no one will buy that watch iced out for 100k , so now your stuck becaz you can take the 40k diamonds back out to resell for 40k but now your 60k watch is full of holes ? So by adding 40k you are destroying 60k in the process , best thing to do is ziptie a bag of diamonds to your watch

For those that don't know diamonds P1 is the 3rd lowest clarity grading 'Imperfect'. There's a reason why he has a baggie full of them, they are the literal scraps. Not good enough to be used on rings, bracelets, necklaces, or anything
Imperfect means you can visibly see, with the naked eye, inclusions on the diamonds.
Those ones in that bag are very yellow as well, I suspect the colour grade is what he covered with his fingers. Just from the colour I'm going to guess around an O or "slightly yellow".
These diamonds are so shit you buy them by weight... You can buy a 3karat bag of loose rough diamonds for about £3'000.
I've always been into watches since a young and Nico has just made me appreciate them a million times more
No wearing expensive watches in the city isn't a problem every where. Just the west and certain third world countries. Wearing a Rolex in Tokyo or Beijing or Seoul isn't an issue.

Love the videos you and your team are doing exceptionally well. I have a question, for factory set watches are holes not drilled into the watches for the diamonds to be put in or is there a different method that is used
These factory set watches are created by the brand themselves so no value is lost due to diamonds, if it’s not factory the watch is basically destroyed from what the brand intended it to be so the customer can drill bullsh!t diamonds into it therefore devaluing it massively 💪

The price at which you sell a watch that was iced out aftermarket depends on who you sell it to.
If you find the right customer it’s worth more, but since the market for an iced watch is smaller it’s a little more difficult to sell..
It’s exactly like selling a car with air bag suspension and some deep dish wheels, it’s hard to sell it because there’s not a big market for stance cars (unless you wanna sell it quickly for cheap), but when you do find the right customer you sel it for a lot more then a stock car
TLDR: yes they drill holes obviously and resell value depends on customer

I wear my tag proudly. I bought my first pre-owned Rolex at 18, pre owned Omega at 20, and a new Tag Heuer at 22. I wear the tag most frequently because one day I hope to give that watch a good story like those pre-owned ones I have do. Love and respect for all watches. Besides Hublot:)

They tried to say a Factory Set watch that has been altered with a bunch of diamonds was (MSRP+Diamond=Value)
When in reality the Value of a Watch decreases significantly once it is altered. So it's more likely half of MSRP+the Diamonds.
So to say it was worth 100k when it's actually worth 50-65k

Also like trax said, if your a baller and you want a full diamond watch you are going to pay $100k because that is what they sell them for. There are many people interested in full diamond watches and will keep buying them.

Raised in the poorest state of India, I get what Iman is trying to implore. It's all in the mindset. One has to think, act and be the successful person one wants to be. Buy that suit, be in your best behaviour be informed and you'll start attracting the best. I recall Donal Trump advising everyone to take a Business Class flight once to change their perspective. So a 10k watch on a 30k is a pretty good investment in my opinion.

Part 1: His logic make’s perfect sense. If I have a watch in pristine condition worth 50k. Depending on supply/market demand the value could go up maybe to 60k. The watch then becomes an appreciating asset hence why some say a “good” watch is a good investment.
Now part 2. You take that pristine 50k Watch drill holes in it and place 50k diamonds in the watch. The watch value did not increase. The value of the watch itself actually decreased drastically while the diamonds retained the same value. Arguably the jeweler could charge 100k but the watch in reality due to the alterations could sit around 15k. In short the watch with diamonds added would total around 65k not a 100k. With that said real watch enthusiast with resources and the means will pay for a plane Jane watch over a bust down.
