Case 3: Why does the wife even want to be with her cheating husband. She also had no right to come into the mistress’s home or dictate that she should be on the pill. I also worry about how she may treat her husband’s child.
Well don't worry about it because her husband died of a heart attack in 2021 just 2 years after this was filmed. Good riddance since he was such a piece of garbage. I do feel sorry for his baby boy though.

The husband is just disgusting for messing with her, and the wife has no self esteem (which is probably how she ended up with the husband). Either way, they both would be better off without him.

That second young man really have some balls interrupting the judge!!!! And my heart really breaks for that little baby. I hope she’s able to get all of the care she needs and can lead a healthy or at least a relatively healthy life. And that the mom gets all the help she needs. Taking care of a little one is not easy, and it’s even harder to take care of a sick baby. Not just financially, but emotionally and physically.

it's sad that when she said she was having twins and one died then he said life goes on that you'll get over it. As a women that had two miscarriages and an tubal pregnancy I still cry over my lost babies. He don't get that she more than likely had to carry that baby that passed till she gave birth, unless it was early in the pregnancy then the baby would have been absorbed . Continuing on… I’m praying for the folk in the first case. Childhood trauma is a helluva thang and oftentimes parents don’t mean to cause trauma and are dealing with their own demons and limited knowledge. I truly hope forgiveness and a true daddy/daughter relationship can be found/had.
You sound very judgemental Ms. I paid child support after divorce and my ex won custody of the kids. She was bitter and kept the kids away from me. My oldest son was murdered by the police in 2022 and my second too the oldest is in prison. If a woman wins custody she should be held accountable for raising those kids. Money is not the tell all. Kids want their father not money.

It's always interesting to me how most of the times, mothers seem to be absent when a child is searching for the paternity for their father & leaving them to handle that trauma/anxiety all on their own. Very selfish & narcissistic as usual..that first case was cool to see...glad to see the sister had the forgiveness, empathy, compassion & understanding for her father. That was beautiful.

It seems incredibly ludicrous that people will let such a big question control nearly every part of their lives just because "there's a possibility" the child is "NOT mine"....? SO, essentially some men will allow a POSSIBLE legal obligation to ruin them for decades just to avoid finding out one way or the other if the genes really are there? I still dont understand...

I'm not American, but I'm curious. Considering that the woman is now over 40, cant she request that the arrears on child support be dropped? Are the payments still going to the defendant or is it that the state provided support for her and now they're trying to recoup the money from him?
Well I’m an adult and my father had arrears on child support. I have absolutely no say on dropping the debt. The money goes to my mother for all the money she spent supporting me alone for years. It’s basically money owed to her she paid out in advance raising me, clothing, feeding, housing, education, recreation, etc. she spent a lot. My Father owes her and she deserves every penny back even if i had a say I’m dropping it i wouldn’t my mother should get all she’s owed.

In the first case he’ll be paying if the state brought the case against him, if not she can go to court to forgive the money.
Child support back pay cannot be totally forgiven or waived, but there are a few situations that can help you handle it. The child can't forgive the debt.

@@momonie4 Not true. When my sister died and I raised her son because her ex was in jail for failure to pay child support I forgave him the debt, he owed at the time. He still never paid and since I made/make good money I never had to go to the government for assistance. His son forgave the rest that was accrued after that when he got older. This is in NY.

Depends on the state. Some states, like Az and Fl, if paternity wasn’t challenged in the first year, then whomever was put on child support like Jackson has to stay on it until it’s paid. In Az, 2 parents have to be responsible for the child financially. So even if he did a dna test 2 or more years later and she turned out not to be his, unless there’s another man/partner willing to accept financial responsibility for the child, Jackson would still be paying child support because 2 parents have to be legally and financially responsible. Depending on the state laws, Jackson could be paying the arrears until he passes or it’s paid in full, because raising the child is legally the responsibility of 2 parents.

So, either she misspelled his outside son's name(twice) or she excluded Ayden on purpose. Ayden is the only one in this case that I have sympathy for.
