I think big sis believed their dad that she was not his. No way did that man agree to child support on a one-night stand. No one is that good to do that. He lied there. I suspect the plaintiff's mother was with someone else and only after that man realized he was not the father that the mom approached him. I am sure he knew the whole situation. Not a one-night stand but a side piece. With the poor woman's mother dead, he could change the narrative. No one to dispute his word.
The first case was so disrespectful and the judge just let that family dehumanize that poor lady for 15 minutes straight smh. Even after the results, that man wasn't even inclined to hug his daughter without prompting, not a single apology, and then he immediately cracks a joke about men needing DNA 🙄 I was hoping he wasn't the father so that she could dig this clown and clownette bullet
I am shocked at the level of disrespect in the first case, and even more so at the Judge for not shutting it down. The lady in pink was laughing at dangerous situations her sister was in, she was incredibly rude, and had this superiority complex of "I'm the better daughter, because he acknowledges me". The fact that a grown woman like her cannot think critically about the fact that SHE was lucky enough to have her dad's attention, while this other woman was not, and to not have compassion for her for the sheer POSSIBILITY that she's also deserving of it, makes me so incredibly sad to see.
How can the mum not be held accountable by anyone in that second case???!!!

First case. He didn’t doubt the girl was his daughter, he just had contempt for her mother. The way he let the sister behave like a guttersnipe shows his lack of character. The judge allowed that poor girl to be treated with contempt. Shameful.

Wow in the second case the dude spent 8 months in jail & 75k in child support rears for another man’s child. These laws must change this is shameful. I’m sure the state will say thank you for your contribution & even though you are not the biological father you still owe us 75k .. smh
That father who treated his two daughters so differently deserves the disrespect! He better hope he can ask for forgiveness on his knees because if they can’t reconcile and the sister in Pink is Gone…he will be alone in that old folks home. Case # 2 daughter has attitude towards the alledged fathers, but it's her mother she should hold accountable. Mother slept with at least two men, and decided to pick the one guy she preferred. When their shotgun marriage didn't work out, she had the man arrested for not paying child support (even though she knew he wasn't her father) and she told the other man that he was the father of the child at age 7. Mother is the reason for all of this pain.
The men shouldn’t be shooting wild sperms into fertile wombs. They had 500 ways at least to avoid doing that but did it anyway.
Unfortunately, daughters have a bad habit of deifying their mothers, especially after they've passed away, instead of holding them just as accountable (if not more) as the alleged fathers.

I do know the desire to want to know if he actually is her father and she should leave it at that. All the other stuff is emotional injury and denial. She needs to know if he actually is her father or not for closure. second case: How is he $75,000 in arrears if she lived with him for 8 years. What? If they live with you, support stops accumulating at that point because they are in your household.

@@juanspears5567 Isn't it fraud though when the child is living with you? When my daughter was a child and was living with me, the mother claimed her on her taxes. I called the IRS, (conversation was one minute) I told them our child lived with me. They said, "Well, we'll call her and she'll have to return the money." And they did (in Ohio). Child Support Services also sent me a letter for support. My lawyer called them and told them my child was with me and they stopped, immediately ( this was in Oregon, I moved.).
SIGH. That 2nd case has me emotionally comprised. I'm relieved for all parties involved that the truth has been told but... why? Why deceive like this? I'm not judging, I just don't understand why people don't realize the TRUTH always comes out! One way, or another. A lot of hurt and confusion could've been avoided. 😔

I came to America and lived in the United States for almost 40 years. idk how to find my Dad. I do the DNA, and I find out about my Dad but don't know how to get closer to him. One day my half sister son did DNA, and that was how I got closer to my Dad, but sadly, my Dad passed away 1985 while I'm in the Philippine, waiting to go to America. My 54 birthday 🎂 was the day I met my Dad younger brother and his younger sister and my nephew and my half Sister. I know how it feels like who my Dad is. I'm glad she finally found out about her real Dad. Congrats and peace be with You all 🙏♥️🫶👍

Eldest daughter & father are most of the time like that. That's a special bond & relationship between this two. It is like me arguing with my younger self in a woman version each time i am with my only daughter. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I dont know why.
