Also Lawyer job is not all about potential sues, crimes, potential fight. And Lawyer have Different Fields as well. Also, not every Lawyer from the same field, work for typical cases. Don't embarrass yourself and research.
He had 10 years to study, more than double the time needed if he had gone to Harvard. I wish them luck in finding the truth.

She is afraid of losing her daughter. The girl is all she has left. No excuse, though, you've got to love your kids more than you hate their fathers. I don't think she will tell her daughter anything about the other potential father.

Omgosh I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught that. Most women dont know they are pregnant until 3 to 6 weeks far along sometimes 8 weeks or more. Heck I never knew I was pregnant until 4 to 6 weeks along. Actually I suspected I was pregnant with my last child at 3 weeks but then it ended up in a miscarriage at 8 weeks. How did she know she was pregnant at 2 weeks? Plus the Doctors would of told her how far along she was at the time.

The first case, that Mother has not accepted her faults. It's all someone else's fault.
Once that Mother accepts she herself took part in producing her daughter and the consequences after, then she may soften the edges to help daughter find her father.

Not accepting their own fault and feeling not accountable for them is one of the narcissists traits. Narcissists cannot accept people abandoning them, not even it the other person was going to jail. This woman is a clear example: everything is about her, her, and her.
That mother was extremely self centred and emotionally immature. Her daughter’s needs are irrelevant to her even with an MS diagnosis.

The 2nd case, I knew from the beginning he was not the father. Facts: 1) mom said "he was my FIRST TRUE LOVE" NOT "MY FIRST MAN".
2) she discovered ONE WEEK after sleeping with him that she was pregnant because she went to the doctor. Why would she go see a doctor if she wasn't feeling odd or she missed her period. Girl could've been really ignorant and thought "I liked him" so he must be the dad, not the guy I slept with ONE week BEFORE sleeping with him.
3) They never think it could be someone previous. Or they justify the discrepancy saying "she was premature".
I think she really forgot she had slept with someone a few days earlier.
There are sites like "26 and me" where you send a DNA test and they compare it with their database, if you provide some data they can find the person or relatives to get you to the actual person.
Case #2--"I've was never with any other man". OMG, another Immaculate Conception. The last one was about 2,023 years ago
She forgot to add "...at that time; but BEFORE him I was someone else".
Case 2: at the very end I think this is the very first time that the mother was being really held accountable by the child She just stared at her like you lied to me like higher life out of the 140 something episodes I've watched This is the first time I'm so glad that the child is really holding the mother accountable why she's trying to deflect still to this daughter's face

The only thing that bothers me about these paternity tests is that in rare cases some people have two sets of DNA and don’t know. There was a mother who lost her kids because the test said she wasn’t the mother but later on found out she had two sets of DNA.

really he was cheating according to her and he didn't deny, and he went to prison . the other man left her and he was sleeping with a married woman. and the other case he wanted to avoid his daughter then later he wanted to be the father. I mean yeah there are a lot of honorable men, but not based on this show especially those two episodes.

It's so common that women or men can alienate yhe other parent and find a new mommy or daddy with whoever they're with now like they can just not have to deal with a broken relationship while lying about only their side of the story. Such bs and it causes so much pain to the children used as pawns. Unfortunately so common by selfish adults believing their own lies.

The mom in the second one doesn't seem fazed by the results. If I was her and truly believed I hadn't been with anyone else, that would mean I blacked out and slept with someone or was drugged and taken advantage of, and either of those options would upset me horribly. She was like meh. Probably will admit it later when homeboy isn't there.

That last case struck a nerve... I cant stand when the adult child questions why the parent in question wasn't there... and when they give an answer... they say there is no excuse for it... then dont ask the question if no answer is acceptable... Just asking questions to argue... then what kills me the most is... you know you're in paternity court... but act as if you had the results before you walked in the court... She believed a woman who just slept with a man just because he was older... aint sleeping with nobody else... she just gonna keep lying holding onto that delusion she created.

There's one thing I can't understand: the man spends years disowning his daughter and when, finally, it is declared that he is not in fact the biological father, only then he says that he wants to be in her life forever, as her father. This happens many, many times.

Neither one of these cases is what you described...in both cases.... these men were not sure if they was the father, but both were trying to build a relationship with them anyway. You sound like you just reaching... There is nothing wrong with offering a shoulder to cry on... they obviously cared.

It was obvious that he was not the father: the mother and the father are clearly people of colour and the girl is not, she is more mixed blood than her mother. Babies come in all shapes and colours but that gentleman is much darker than the mother. Her father is a white man. She has no trait at all of being biracial, not even if she pours a can of bronzer.

2nd case: I didn’t blame for saying he unfriend her due to certain pics. Mom talking about she is an artist. That pic they showed gave me everything, but “artist”. Her mom is foul too. Had that child mad at him for nothing! I am glad she held her mom accountable

1st mom is a piece of work. He didnt leave her, he went to jail and she abandoned him divorcing him. She defied court orders, tricked a court through lies in another state into letting another man adopt his kids. She let another man be dad then claims she didnt want to share her daughter with her dad. Depriving her kids of their dad is not only selfish but betrayal to her kids.

2nd case, back then how could she find out she was pregnant at 1 to 2 weeks? The tests then didnt work that early and no ultra sound could detect that. Daughter said she had no family & was traded from 1 person to another. Did her mom leave her with relatives most of her young life?
