    I make this more than anything else on my blackstone. I found those noodles too and they are awesome for stir frying. Looks great!

    I’d watch your stir fry videos all day or Blackstone Betty’s. The others get “to cheffy” or they put “way too much” on the griddle that it looks like mush. I have to wash my chicken before I cook. Don’t like the “slime” on it. Instead of using the “Shaoxing cooking wine”, get the Shaoxing wine at the liquor store, it does make a difference in flavor. Keep making the videos and I’ll keep watching and sharing.

    another great meal Hussey. Noodles aren't good for my type two diabetes but i might just have to cheat a little. the Hoisin sauce doesn't help either. Looks great sir. thanks for sharing.

      Thanks so much for watching! I'd sub out the noodles for some cabbage and then have the sauce, but could make your own Hosin with no carb sugar sub.

    Do you know the difference between the Hokkien and Udon Noodles? If you don't, just spin me a yarn and make it sound good. 😂 😂

      Hokkien is an egg noodle and from China. Undon has no egg and is from Japan. That's about all I know. haha.

      John Edwards is from where my family is from (not where I grew up), in Robbins, NC. Interesting you picked that up!

      @@thehungryhussey - I used to travel for my old job around the country installing software at newspapers. I'm from the Allentown, PA area. Everybody can tell northern from southern accent obviously, but I noticed specifically sounding like John Edwards lol. Not an insult or a compliment, just an observation, but have always loved the videos.
