De cuánto es el torque de apriete q llevan el perno del cigüeñal y el perno del eje levas , utilizas alguna herramienta especial para trabar la polea del levas y apretar ?
Hola el motor es fiable el tema del adblue en estos parece que no hay problema sin no he tenido casos...al principio rompían la cadena que une los árboles de levas pero parece que ya lo han solucionado montando una con más grosor,..gracias a ti

Hi, can you help me please? I have 1.5 bluehdi, I have changed the chain.., I have fitted new timing kit, every time I fit the belt moves on pulley towards the engine and belt rub on injection pump. I have changed timing kit 2 times and removed many times but this always happens. Is there anyway the crankshaft sprocket be a problem? I notice once I put bolt onto sprocket I can put the sprocket out a little like a click in this position cambelt stays in correct position after 10 times rotation. After I finish installation and install crank pulley it pulls crankshaft sprocket in and then it will make belt go towards engine and rub touch on rotation. I'm very confused never had this kind of problem before. I wouldn't appreciate any help at this time. Thank you
Consulta cuando se corta la correa distribución encuentra válvula? Para este motor
Efectivamente, el tensor se tensa hacia Abajo, de hecho en el tensor, pone una flecha en la dirección hacia la que tienes que tirar

@@anwel__ no al cambiar la cadena de 7mm por la nueva de 8mm hay que cambiar varios componentes mas

Cada cuanto debe cambiarse la distribucion en 1.5 100cv diesel
Cada 80mil km .. te puede pasar algo mas pero hay riesgos que se salgan diente de la correa patine o se corte 80 es prevenir
