I purchased one and it's almost a great tool if you can look past it's built in limitations. Having proprietary, unreplaceable 5mm hex bits is (in my opinion) a huge failure in terms of adaptability and usefulness. It irritated me so much, I made an adapter for standard 1/4" hex bits. The "file" is trash and the 1911 wrenches were sharp and had to be deburred. The blade was sharp but I'm not a fan of that tanto profile. The allen wrenches are useful with pistol optics and lights, so there's that. It's a decent multi-tool but that hex driver thing really ruins it.
Mine was a piece of garbage. The bits fell out, the punch would come off, the blade was untreated steel… just worthless. The only tool that was worth a damn was the barrel bushing tool but even that wasn’t worth keeping it around. I literally threw the thing away instead of inflicting it on someone else.
Thanks for your input. I'm going to do another video after I've been using it for a while. But if the blade was untreated you could of sent it back and got a replacement or refund. Hope you have a great day 🌄👍
Carry the Leatherman Wave+ with bit kit in a small leather pouch. It's more compact with more tools then this but this is more gun oriented. I like that it fits in a mag pouch, the tools it includes and the design of this though. For that price it's a steal.
OK sorry bout last comment, I've got my glasses on now so I'll try this again ,sorry but I hate the bloody things , OK so what was it Like to walk into one of the ' outdoor sports shops' over there I can only imagine (I'm sure we both know what I mean) I shouldn't complain though compared to London here I'm way more secure
Well let me tell you about my most amazing experience. Went into a hardware store you know like Jewsons or Screw-fix and there it was cabinets shelfs full of the stuff because yes mate I know exactly what you are taking about.
@@Adeoneer fairfucks to you mate I'm glad your enjoying yourself and don't laugh but you are an inspiration to me but don't get big-headed, One more question what would be the one thing you miss the most from back here
@@halfcan-nitafan5207 Well I miss a few things but I really miss rice pudding. Can't get it in normal size tins just the big catering size and that's 3kg of the stuff and I have to order it online ☹️

That’s quite nice. Good piece of kit.
I'm going to test out the screwdriver set soon
Thats a handy tool!
@@thehillbillychickenranch it's a fantastic bit of kit and would make a great gift for anyone with a 1911 or other type of pistol.
There's never a piece of paper around when you need one.
Ain't that the truth mate.
That why I carry a rite-in-the-rain notepad in my coat pocket and cargo pocket.
@@SavageAirguns mine is in my day sack which is on the side of the property.
Great value in this unique tool..thanks for the peek..😎
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching 👍

Check out my Splitman video. It does the job nicely for what I want.
Leatherman's proprietary bits suck, there is no getting around it.
Very nice product but need to work on presentation....
It is a nice product. I usually just do them straight off the bat and that's the way I like it. Thanks for watching though 🙂
Nice tool, I like it.

Nice
Cool.
Very 🚁👍
Who's it made by?
Hopefully it wasn't made in Junk China.
I've heard that the Russian Military has a very good Multitool.
It's made by a company called Real Avid which is a US based firm.
You beat me to it
You should get one mate it's not a bad bit of kit.
