I just bought a DR920 with threaded barrel yesterday. Great shooting gun. I had sold all my Glocks recently and wish I would have kept one, then I saw this one in the shop and bought it. This is the gun Glock should have built. On complaint is it should have come with an extra mounting plat screw because one of mine was bad, but I'm putting an optic on it so it doesn't bother me right now. Also I had planned to put my Vortex Venum on it but there is no spacer adaptor for it yet. I'll go with a 507C instead. I'll be putting a few more rounds through it tomorrow to fully break it in. Only ran 30 rounds yesterday and it put all in a 2" group at 10 yds standing. Will bench it tomorrow and see what it does at 25 yds.
I went with the DR920 fantastic shooting pistol with all the upgrades I typically do to my Glocks. The only thing I would change on this pistol is I would prefer an aluminum magwell over the polymer. Perhaps the aftermarket will take care of that little issue.
CR920 here baby and I show it off every where I go and people love it. I have a g27 in a gen2 micro Roni and CR920 as the primary. I'm going to add a 22lr comp barrel and suppress with my NVG. MANNNNNN ITS ON.
I love my MR920!! Shoots flawlessly, Glock got caught with their pants down. I shoot this better than a 19!! EDC ALL DAY!!! Also, home defense with the 27 rd mag and 33 rd Glock mag. It’s worth the 💰!!

Nice Glock ! Nice sale pitch on the cut slide . Please tell me how much weight you saved on the cut slide ? Just to put more weight on the slide with a red dot system ???? I'm confused 😕
I mean, if you take weight off the slide, and then put an optic on it, then you’re still down weight compared to a stock, uncut slide, no?

Do u have it in a Glock 34 size
Brandon, Shadow does not make a model same size as the 34. I imagine they would but that is a question for them. We do have a MR920L and are expecting the DR920 soon. The MR920L is a 4.5" bbl with a short grip length. They also make that model with a 5" threaded barrel. Email matt@dcfguns.com for more info.

What happened?
GLOCK - Stick with the GLOCK & NEVER BUY a SHADOW SYSTEMS MR 920 Elite. For those of you who compare the two firearms below is my comment concerning my experience with a Shadow Systems. I also own a GLOCK Gen 5 with a Radian Arms Afterburner and Turbojet. The GLOCK works flawlessly. The Shadow Systems ... that's a different story. Having acquired an MR920 Elite during the end of Dec. 2023 for approximately $1400.00, I have had nothing but problems with the firearm right out of the box. First, the trigger assembly failed after a few dry fires. I sent the pistol back to the factory [Great Customer Service] and received it back to my doorstep in just under a month. I then took the gun to the range two to three times a week counting my shots fired with the MR920Elite considering the break-in suggested by the manufacturer, and when I took the firearm apart to clean the it the safety depressor plunger kept resetting itself, which prevented me from putting the upper slide back onto the lower. Another defect. Again I have to call customer service and have them take this firearm back. Note: I haven't altered the 920 elite in any way. The gun is used just the way it arrived. I am the original owner. No one had fired the gun but myself. I go to the range 4 to 5 times a week; therefore, I am able to test the gun over time to determine if it works as designed. [It doesn't.] I am not a wealthy person, so shelling out $1400.00 on a gun is a BIG DEAL to me. I wish I would have never bought the gun; and, I believe you take a BIG RISK if you acquire one.

@@UltraMaga45 I'm not a CZ fanboy and don't own a CZ. But I did own a DR 920 for a while and sold it after about 500 rounds and a couple of matches. Just pointing out (facetiously) that these guns don't shoot flatter than Shadows do. Have fun being a dick to more strangers on the internet.
Toot your horn well 😆🤣😂 your gun should due the talking and so far I've heard that the mag you ship it with isn't reliable shocker there lol 😆 magpul p mags arnt as good as oem glock mags also heard break in takes hundreds of rounds 🤣 how rich due you got to be to get in that not worth the money it should be cheaper than a glock couse it isn't as good not to mention its running gen 3 platform and im shooting gen 5 glock. Just giving my opinion on this public chat .
Oh no. How dare someone talk bad about regular glocks. Look another Glock freak. Get over it bud. This is 20x better than a stock glock. Gen 5s are relatively garbage anyway.
The Shadow Systems is built on the Glock Gen 4 platform. All of their pistols were designed around Magpul PMAGs but they run standard Glock mags just fine. Most of us that have been shooting Glock pistols have dozens if not scores of factory Glock mags laying around so not having them included with the pistol is no big loss.
Most of the crying from you and others revolves around the cost of these pistols. Yes, they cost a bit more than a Glock but you also have to look at how much better their optic mounting system is than Glock. Running a Trijicon or Holosun optic you can use the stock sights and still get a cowitness sight picture.
Speaking of sights, the Shadow pistols include high quality tritium steel front sight and no-dots black steel rear sight. This is the configuration most experienced shooters gravitate to anyways as it helps you get your sight picture faster.
I would also say that the Shadow systems trigger is very slightly better with reset than factory Glock Gen 5 trigger.
So basically you're spending a little more money and you're getting a much better frame than a factory Glock, you're getting better sights and trigger than a factory Glock and a better optical mounting system than a factory Glock.
A factory Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS is typically going to be found for around $620-$650, you can find MR920 from some dealers for $800 or less, shipped.
I paid $720 for my MR920 including shipping and transfer fees. It is definitely $100 better than a Gen5, probably $200 better.... I also have about 60 15 and 17 round Glock double stack mags so I'm not going to cry about the Magpul mags the pistol comes with.
