    Love that you did one of these! With my IBS flare ups, chronic pain or even PMS it’s so hard to get out of bed so this is brilliant. Kudos!

    Thank you from an Irish woman in Austria 😄. I had a bilateral knee replacement 16 weeks ago and have a lot of physio exercises but sometimes it all just takes too long. I love this routine. I have a question: would this routine help me gain strength if I did it twice a day? I'm not unhealthy but I'm just not up to all that planking etc 😅. I'm 66 by the way. Thank you xxx

    This is brilliant especially as I have severe pain.
    I try other exercises however in geneeak tgey put too much stresson my body now after the injuries.

    Dr. Kristie I'm lying in bed and am watching this excellent workout on my iPad. I've got some gliding going, blood flow going, and the fluid is moving, absolutely loving the nice intensity and gentle build up from the side glute and inner thigh workouts. You have such an amazingly fit definition in those Reebok shorts! Trying not to smoosh down into my bed.
