I think the reason why a lot of people send hate to Bryan is because he essentially reminds people of their own responsibility. People don't like asking themselves the hard questions. For example, why am I stuffing pizza in my face with a can of beer at 1am on a Saturday? He just makes people uncomfortable on so many levels. xD

blah, when I was his age, I looked way better than he does even with a high meat diet, terrible sleep habits and hard partying all weekends. I have always been a workout warrior and consciously avoided processed food. Perhaps that was the key. If he truly enjoys his lifestyle then kudos to him. our times on this Earth is too short, however, to put so much restrictions on the food that we eat and how we live.

Hi Everyone! Steve and I had soooo much fun together. This fall I think I want to do a show with Aoki including a Blueprint caking - which would require me breaking my perfect sleep score - but it would be worth it!
    Also:
1/ all recipes, supplements, and the Blueprint protocol is available for free on my website. My third meal of the day differs each day, rotating between 15 recipes, which you can also find on my website. Link is in video description.
2/ my face is a bit swollen in this video. I had an autologous fat transfer (fat injected into my skin) three days before filming and the swelling is still present. It’s Project Baby Face, trying to revolumize my facial fat.

@@DeletedStream I see where you’re coming from and agree that implementing his whole “protocol” requires 🤑🤑🤑 my perspective is that him spending all the money to collect/analyze the data and then making his personal findings freely accessible is revolutionary to health medicine. He constantly acknowledges that this is just the best way he’s found to be the healthiest version of himself, but it isn’t the only way, and he freely gives the science (which required a lot of money going into) that can be used as a launching point for others to integrate. He seems to be trying to encourage people to explore what makes them the healthiest version of themselves, and is giving the opportunity for people to pick things from his “protocol” that suit them or adapt them as needed.

Personally im very different from Brian, i do long fasts for 3 days sometimes. And i eat a lot of red meat, because that is the only way i have found keep my Auto immune disease in control, most vegetables will cause my joints to ache, my ass to bleed, headache, flem and cough etc. Many of the vegetables in blueprint are ok, but some like the lentils, tomatoes and others causes me to feel very unwell. Sleep seems to be one of the best reulators of all.

I would prefer that they were better than me In every way and have left any relatable to my live situation a long thing ago otherwise why would I bother taking advice from them? People should aspire to people who are better than them instead of pressuring any famous person to come back down to your level.

I've done a lot of biohacking over the years and research and here's one thing you may not know. It's really important to keep your arginine levels below your lysine levels if you are truly committed to biohacking. And if you were eating a lot of nuts every day, especially this diet that Johnson has then your Arginine levels are going to be higher than your lysine levels. The reason why this is a problem is because most viruses and bacteria need arginine to
proliferate. If your lysine levels are higher than your arginine levels they cant replicate. Eating nuts and chocolate everyday opens you up to a host of viral and bacterial pathogens, that wouldn't otherwise be able to infect you, except for the high levels of arginine. There are a ton of studies on this and additionally, they did further studies when Covid came out. I think it's great to eat a lot of supplements and eat healthy to prolong longevity, but pathogens play a huge role in our health and curbing their ability to affect us is also very important.
Another key key issue is maintaining the levels of potassium higher than the levels of sodium, since sodium causes a disease a state in the cells, if the levels become higher than potassium. This is the main reason why most people are sick in the modern world because their levels of cellular sodium exceed the levels of potassium.

Based on my estimates (I might be wrong), your protein intake might fall below the recommended daily amount of 0.8 grams per kilogram or 0.36 grams per pound. And is notably far from Peter Attia's recommended target of 2 grams per kilogram. So, could you please share your daily protein target and your approach to daily protein consumption?

I recently discovered Bryan online and I love him. Not only does he seem like a genuinely nice person but he’s also way more chill than some other biohackers I’ve known online and in my personal life. I find that most biohackers follow lots of pseudoscience but as someone with an academic background in nutrition and biochemistry I can tell that Bryan cares about the true science. I really appreciate his transparency about the fact that some interventions like intermittent fasting are not really supported by much scientific evidence at the moment. It doesn’t mean it doesn’t have a beneficial effect but it just hasn’t been proven through extensive scientific research. While I recognize that quite a few of his interventions are not supported by much scientific evidence, he nonetheless incorporates the things that are scientifically backed and he doesn’t deny that science. It’s just really refreshing because I’ve had this negative perception of biohackers for years because of how little of them understand actual science.
