If some one wants to own a car, I am talking about the average consumer whose surplus disposable income is around 20k per month and will not be in a position to buy a car above RS 10 lakhs on road price. EMI alone will come around 20k per month..Add the fuel cost of say 10k per month. 30k per month to own a car which has a depreciating factor makes little sense to go for above 10 lakhs budget. All these car companies are over estimating the purchasing power of an average Indian Salaried class. Having realized their mistake of coming out with over priced cars they are offering all sorts of discounts to stay afloat. The Indian car market is primarily for those cars which are budget friendly. Others are doomed to fail in the longer run.
We should also blame govt for overpriced cars as well

Then don't buy, if a discount is really available and he has to sell the car in a few days the dealer will contact you for sure. I have experienced this and got maximum discount 😅

Actually the model is 5/2023. The on Road price was 16.57L. After all discount and exchange offer I got the car just rs. 14L only with oil and oil filter change..😊
