    Don’t be fooled by the one dumbbell. Sweated a lot more during this than I thought I would. Loved it!

    OMG I am going to cry! I literally only ever have ONE dumbbell and it makes strength videos difficult because literally everyone uses a pair 😂. THANK YOU FOR THIS

      Yes! Me too!! 25min is my favorite time! It’s the sweet spot, leaves just enough time to squeeze in another workout before nap time is over!

    As someone that don't have the opportunity to go on gym i am really grateful for that workout, i have one dumbbell at home so everytime i do some of your upper body workouts i struggle with most of the exercises so i pose and unpose the video to do both sides , so THANK GOD for this. Please do some upper body workouts with one dumbbell!! Love you 💕💕💕

    Absolutely love all your workout. Which are practical. Knee friendly, good sweat, not boring, strengthening and just good enough for daily workout. Its like just nice. Not too much but powerful.

    Yesterday was a bad workout day for me, my first so far that I’ve experienced and it left me drained, so I’ve got this saved for later and for now I’m relaxing and allowing myself to be more mentally ready to move my body and put in the work. 💪🏻

    This hits exactly the sweet spot - I am drenched in sweat and slightly out of breath but not feeling like I am trying to catch up the whole workout which always makes me feel so unaccomplished. Did it when it first came out, revisited for this four-week-cycle and hope to be able to up weights the next time I feel like adding it to my rotation. Thank you Maddie!

    I’m 50 years old and your workouts are part of my daily morning and evening routine. I’ve been doing them for years, twice a day 5 days a week and I lift heavy at the gym 3 -4 times per week. I’m not letting my body break down without a fight!

    That was so great! I sweat way more than I thought I would. And while I love your workouts targeted to certain areas, these full body movements are soooo good for me as a dancer and are just as vital for my training. No matter what style of dance you do, using the body as a whole is so important. Thanks!

    This is an excellent workout loved this! Been doing it twice in a row at the gym. Want to get dumbells so that later I could do it at home in the winter

    I love your excercises. I’m always surprised that you can point out what I’m doing wrong without seeing me, lol. I guess I either do what everyone else does wrong or you do practice groups before recording the video. Weathever you do, keep the good work.

    Although there are three exercises that are very tiring and there is nothing complicated to do that makes me feel bored and lazy towards sports I cancel them and signed up for six exercises and I will practice this full course for a month, thank you so much

    Deceptively challenging workout. Very efficient. Excellent pacing & flow. Not a fan of the floor work reps, so this was good for me. Had trouble with the last set with the snatch. Would love to see you do a short devoted to proper form. I'm fairly sure I was nowhere close to proper form--rushing to see the moves, backward bc I'm facing you so I got confused; but I can concentrate better on that if I can just be comfortable with the full movement--I have disc issues so the form here is critically important to me to avoid injury but also be able to put in the work.
