That was so great! I sweat way more than I thought I would. And while I love your workouts targeted to certain areas, these full body movements are soooo good for me as a dancer and are just as vital for my training. No matter what style of dance you do, using the body as a whole is so important. Thanks!

Although there are three exercises that are very tiring and there is nothing complicated to do that makes me feel bored and lazy towards sports I cancel them and signed up for six exercises and I will practice this full course for a month, thank you so much
Deceptively challenging workout. Very efficient. Excellent pacing & flow. Not a fan of the floor work reps, so this was good for me. Had trouble with the last set with the snatch. Would love to see you do a short devoted to proper form. I'm fairly sure I was nowhere close to proper form--rushing to see the moves, backward bc I'm facing you so I got confused; but I can concentrate better on that if I can just be comfortable with the full movement--I have disc issues so the form here is critically important to me to avoid injury but also be able to put in the work.
