Hey TKs-Mantis! First of all, thank you for your videos! As a "former" Fallout 3 addict, your videos contains lots of intersting stuff and background stories I've never heard before! I myself spent hours to play Fallout 3 back then and it's still catching me every now and then, to watch some youtube videos. So glad I've found yours :) One of the main reasons I keep watching such videos on youtube is, because I've found also some very, very interesting glitches in Fallout 3 back then, which I've never saw or even heard mentioned in any video in all those years. Well I could be all wrong and just missed them, but anyway I would like to share - the maybe most interesting one - with you guys and it would be awesome, to see it in your next video. First of all, I used to play the german version on the PS3 and also please excuse my gramatic errors, since english is not my first language. Having two companions simultaneously: Usually if you already have a companion and asking another one to join you, they will decline. However, if you're able to run away fast enough from your current companion (until he is out of sight) and ask another one to join you, they will. As an example, Fawk the Mutant is very slow. While having him as your companion, stand outside about 200 meters away from the main entrance of the museum of history. Take off all of your armor, clothes and guns! Then run to the main entrance as fast as you can. Enter the door and go upstairs to the 9th circle. Run straight to Charon, the Ghoul companion, and ask him to join you. Since Hawk is still out of sight, he will not recognice that you already have a companion and he will join you. It takes a few more seconds until Hawk is arriving, and from then on, they will both function as your companions. They will both follow you, carry your stuff and follow your orders. Also this glitch used to work every time so I'm still surprised, that to my knowlege, nobody else (100x more hardcore gamers as I ever used to be) ever found this glitch as well. Since my PS3 is long long gone, I have no way to prove it. So I'm kindly asking you and anybody in here, to try it out und make a video of it. If a video already exists, then please share it with me. I have also some more interesting glitches in Fallout 3 to share, but this one is by far the most useful one. So please let me know! Thanks :)
This was such a good video. It brought back some old memories from playing fallout new Vegas and fallout 4. Keep up the good work, I could listen to you all day you make it even more interesting!
I don't know if this been said but if you kill the ghouls in the metro before talking to Herbert he won't have the option to talk about Argile. Also I find the 10 Luck response from the Doc to be the funniest one.

Love the vid, odd coincidence, I'm playing FNV right now and as you said something about pointing your gun at your companion, I did it to Boone, and the audio synced perfectly.
Y'know, it makes me wonder why the memory of your spouse being killed is what shows in the memory den quest, kinda further cements to me that the Sole Survivor is probably a synth, as if all the other stuff didn't basically verify it.
I don't know if this has been mentioned, or if this'll be seen, or if this has already been mention but already with playing a low intelligence character you get the CHOP CHOP CHOP option when doing boomers quest, (I know this has been mentioned) but if playing a high luck character, doing legion questline, during the mission where you have to do surgery on caesar, you get the option "Trust in your luck and perform the surgery" if you decide to do the surgery yourself. Its really cool to see that every little thing can have many effects on your playthrough, which has convinced me that no playthrough will be exactly the same.
In fallout 3, depending on if you wear a slave suit, walk up to the slaver in your normal armor, or shoot them up, it all has different dialog and animations, but end up in the same beginning of the the Pitt dlc
Guess no one mentioned the station outside of Vault 111 in Fallout 4 that showed how Deacon been watching you ever since you emerged from the vault (most likely was asked to set up there after some mercs from the Institute showed up there prior) Additionally, while what he uses to vouch for you ranges from your most recent and biggest achievement, if you went straight to the railroad after emerging from the vault, Deacon will have unique dialog admitting he knows nothing about you, but convinces his boss to let you in anyways.
As a Command and Conquer fan, had to make a small loving correction. Nod is not an acronym, it's just the word. It's specifically a bible reference, named after the place Cain (who leads Nod in Command and Conquer) went to after commiting the first murder. Love your work, and honestly didn't know the two series were connected in any way
I'd already watched all of these, but I didn't have anything else to watch, so... at the end I'm rewarded with a longer clip of Testify than usual. So worth it. I should go listen to the whole thing.
The fallout 3 raider that showed up for you also showed up for me, too. It wasn't early as fast (I was able to follow it), but after walking for just a second behind it, fallout 3 crashed. It corrupted that save, but that was pretty much it. (I was playing on my 360)
Hey idk if you’ve already covered this or if this is something already known by the community but I think PAM from fallout 4 is a reference to AM from the sci-fi horror book I Have no Mouth, and I Must Scream by Harlan Ellison. AM is a supercomputer that was developed by world nations in order to predict world annihilation. But AM becomes self aware and takes over the world. I find similarities between their names and PAM has a theory around her which sounds like the plot to the book. Ty if your read all that I love your work on these videos🙏
Another item for New Vegas the NCR Mojave Outpost is an old California Department of Food and Agriculture Inspection Station. They exist today and are meant to help prevent exotic agricultural pests from other states and elsewhere into California. The in game one could be the Mountain Pass station on I-15 which I believe is the closest to Las Vegas.
Just like the pocket sand attack, theres actually a few unarmed attacks you can learn from various NPCs in the Mojave such as the Ranger in Novac if you go check on the outpost for him. Neat unmarked quest and I personally find his unarmed attack to be the most useful. Also, would be awesome to see you mention the Thorn in F:NV. It took me years to stumble upon it. Also haven't seen anyone mention the trunks at camp searchlight airport that have a couple thousand caps in them by the terminal.
Maybe it had been said bafore, but I have 2 things from Fallout in mind. First in Fallout 2 : If you have a weapon drawn inside the city with mutants and humans living together (forgot the name) one mutant wil warn you to put it away 2 or 3 times. If he sees you with it after, he will attack. The saecond in Fallout 3 : somewhere when going to the oasis, there is ants fighting smaller, non-agressive ants. You can help the small ants and even enter their burrow nearby (unmarked location). Inside you can interact with their nest and do something like pumping stimpacks in it to boost the larveas health. Never knew if it changed anything afterward.
The one about the memory den got me thinking you might not be a synth because one of the big reasons people think that is when people go Into free cam and see the brain bridges but they really could have just reused the assets from this scene and nobody really caught it or think about checking for it before releasing the game
Watching this again...and seeing you zoom in on Red Rock Canyon in New Vegas reminded me of this one. I can't explain it, I just know from experience that it works and I do it every time I freshly install New Vegas. If you're getting a terrible frame rate at Red Rock Canyon, go into the New Vegas GECK, load the Red Rock Canyon exterior cell, then delete the references of the three fighters in the ring. No one else, as if you delete the poet, you'd break his quest, of course...just the three people inside the ringed-off area who are fighting/sparring with training dummies. For some reason, without those three in the game, Red Rock Canyon loads normally and has a MUCH smoother frame rate. Never understood WHY this works, but it really does.
I've gotten to the Megatron guy from the other way, through the mayors secret hatch up,, I can definitely say that there's no payoff to doing it that way and it's much harder.
It always bugged me that you could hear the shell hitting the floor with Kellogg, he's holding a revolver they don't eject shells after firing

Deacon has unique dialogue if you run straight to the railroad right after leaving the vault. He basically says he has no idea who you are
LETS GOOOOOOOO!!! I've been waiting for part 4!!
Same glad there’s another video for me to put on as I fall asleep or for background audio while i’m working on something
I found a jake juice in honest hearts at the vault 44 something just before the cave with the bear that you fight on drugs for the quest
I restored big boomer cut skin, the cut skin is way cooler than the one we have currently.

I shall always remember my first playthrough of Fallout 2.
I didn't make it out of Arroyo. Instead, I got crit by my clanmate and hecking died.
lol
During the FalloutNV tutorial quest where you have to get Xander root and a broc flower, you can get it behind the downed metal telephone/electric pole. If you continue up the ridge, you can find a small supply cache. If you jump down the cliff next to the fridge you can find a Merc suit.
So glad I've found yours :)
One of the main reasons I keep watching such videos on youtube is, because I've found also some very, very interesting glitches in Fallout 3 back then, which I've never saw or even heard mentioned in any video in all those years.
Thanks :)
Ah yes, I shall begin binging this immediately.
This was such a good video. It brought back some old memories from playing fallout new Vegas and fallout 4. Keep up the good work, I could listen to you all day you make it even more interesting!
Lol I love using the khan truck with two step goodbye, throwing dirt in their face and having them explode
As a baseball player, the first time I got to Diamond City, I ran the bases and was surprised that it was an achievement. Cool nod to old Fenway
I never usually take wild wasteland perk cause I like perks the benefit stats but seeing Seymour makes me want to take it every time
Wild wasteland is necessary
Another banger, love this series - thanks Mantis my guy 👌🏼
I've put at least 500 hours into each fallout game and I'm very thorough with searching and quests and you still show me some crazy new shit
I don't know if this been said but if you kill the ghouls in the metro before talking to Herbert he won't have the option to talk about Argile. Also I find the 10 Luck response from the Doc to be the funniest one.
31:10 You can hear an empty brass hitting the floor after he shoots a revolver... Hmm... How did I miss that during my FO4 playthrough?
We shouldn't. Its a revolver they don't eject empty casings automatically.
@@andrewmcclintock7582 That's... Why I'm here :)
@@Bednar121 Another comment said that it was originally planned for Kellogg to have a unique 10mm pistol but they swapped to a revolver really late in development and forgot to take that sound file out.
@@minaryte5669 How hard is it then, to unpack their own, PROPRIETARY file format to change ONE SOUND...?
Seems someone didn't think that through...
@@Bednar121 I think they just forgot about it being there tbh.
About the homerun achievement, i also believe there is a kid in diamond city that says that their favorite thing to do is to run the bases or something like that and they will be running around the bases.
Guards can randomly suggest it as well. They'll say something like 'You ever run the bases? That's a Diamond City tradition.'
Dang Mantis, how did I miss this release! Always love watching these collections to throw on in the background, now we're up to 4 hours of trivia! You've got some of best Fallout content on the platform man, keep up the great work and can't wait to keep seeing the rest!
Lol I remember stumbling upon the Chinese stealth suits while I was lost in Hoover Dam trying to get out when I first visited the dam after stumbling upon it
Fact. Cait has got it going onnnn
"when in rome" had me dying
Love the vid, odd coincidence, I'm playing FNV right now and as you said something about pointing your gun at your companion, I did it to Boone, and the audio synced perfectly.
dude im dying at the dale gribble pocket sand attack.

Hearing about pocket sand in nv has inspired me to go full gribble in my next playthrough
Guess no one mentioned the station outside of Vault 111 in Fallout 4 that showed how Deacon been watching you ever since you emerged from the vault (most likely was asked to set up there after some mercs from the Institute showed up there prior)
Additionally, while what he uses to vouch for you ranges from your most recent and biggest achievement, if you went straight to the railroad after emerging from the vault, Deacon will have unique dialog admitting he knows nothing about you, but convinces his boss to let you in anyways.
As a Command and Conquer fan, had to make a small loving correction. Nod is not an acronym, it's just the word. It's specifically a bible reference, named after the place Cain (who leads Nod in Command and Conquer) went to after commiting the first murder. Love your work, and honestly didn't know the two series were connected in any way
Love the videos Mantis, absolutely one of the best out there 🙏
Thanks a lot for the kind words, Mika!
The Stewie from family guy voice fact has totally changed the way I think about the dlc now 😂💀
Gotta love that most of the fun facts and Easter eggs come from New Vegas, while it being the game that had less development time.
56:00 Todd Howard transcended time and space to ruin your game inside the game
Man... the memory den would be so cool, but would probably also be the death of creating new memories
I'd already watched all of these, but I didn't have anything else to watch, so... at the end I'm rewarded with a longer clip of Testify than usual. So worth it. I should go listen to the whole thing.
I would have shat myself if an npc in fallout 3 deleted all my fallout games like that
Also, about the Home run achievement. A Diamond city guard can genuinely tell you about it. "Want to have some fun? Run the bases. Trust me."
'The Memory Den' 28:04 I wish the relived memory would have been from before the bombs dropped. Maybe the day of October 22, 2077
Just watched the other three last week so this is perfect timing
me too actually! worked out very nicely.
The fallout 3 raider that showed up for you also showed up for me, too. It wasn't early as fast (I was able to follow it), but after walking for just a second behind it, fallout 3 crashed. It corrupted that save, but that was pretty much it. (I was playing on my 360)
So many facts, so little time
That guy running and causing all that is lowkey Creepy lol.
This is amazing TKs-Mantis. I know I criticized the shorter clips originally, but they grew on me. I love seeing them all in one massive collection.
Glad to know that "Begin Again" isn't just stuck in My Brain, but also in _My_ Brain too 👌
Hey idk if you’ve already covered this or if this is something already known by the community but I think PAM from fallout 4 is a reference to AM from the sci-fi horror book I Have no Mouth, and I Must Scream by Harlan Ellison.
"For some reason" is the motivation for about 97% of my actions in a Fallout game.
Its nice that Harold seems to actually care about Argyle.
Seymore and Jurassic bark. I cried when i came across him in game, i knew exactly what they mean't.
The boxing ring is my favorite location in f4 too, looks good and theres a lot of lead in the weights
Sliding off mass fusion was so crazy
I think they should of added a Mojave Dropbox near the gun runners.
I can imagine that raider has the adoring fan voice and laughs as he runs past 🤣
I've gotten to the Megatron guy from the other way, through the mayors secret hatch up,, I can definitely say that there's no payoff to doing it that way and it's much harder.
