Yea it has been taking me a while to build the mind to muscle connection for some specific muscles, like my left tricep I struggle to feel as much, and my chest too, but I have felt major improvement in the chest area. Same for my lats, but I think they are just not developed enough to feel
Marcus do u use like ur notes app or a logbook so u can progressive overload? And do u like periodize so u can go hardest like a week before u deload? I cant tell lol it seems like u just go as hard as u can every session almost
