so with creatine why do you say its not really worth it if you're just starting out? i'm not saying you're wrong but i'm 4 months into working out consistently and taking creatine daily with it so i don't exactly know what my progress would be like without it, i hear great things about it often and and more people than not recommend being on i. in the 4 months i've seen good progress and because of how cheap im able to get it i feel like there's no point in not taking it
Because if you have your shit straight you should be making RAPID gains in the first 6-12 months of training. Most people fuck this up and creatine won't make up the difference.

It will give you more when your more experienced - of course it will help but personally i would focus on ticking off diet first
