Fitness YouTubers Ranked (BEST TO WORST!)

- I think the question that has been asked the most of me during my time on UA-cam is which UA-camrs do I watch, myself? In this video, I am going to go over the list of the fitness UA-camrs (and other UA-camrs) that I like to watch in my free time. You might be surprised by some of the people that show up on this list and you may get a little more understanding of who Jeff Cavaliere is outside of ATHLEAN-X.

Before I kick off this list, I have to disclose that my viewing tastes are not limited just to fitness UA-camrs. It may come as a shock that I have other interests as well! Music, motivation, and wrestling to name a few.
To kick off the list, I have start with someone who has a love and appreciation for science just like I do, and that is Andrew Huberman. A Stanford University researcher who has spent much of his time providing actionable and helpful advice that is all based in scientific reasoning. I find myself learning something new every video that he puts out.
A colleague in the medical field puts out videos where he breaks down high profile sports injuries almost immediately after they happen and offers insight into how and why they occurred and the steps that you, as a viewer, can take to avoid similar injuries. I think Brian Sutterer MD is an excellent resource for understanding injuries for athletes.
As you can probably tell, I love learning when I watch UA-cam videos and I feel like I always have an opportunity to learn when I watch Bright Side. I also like to watch this channel with my sons because I feel like they are learning valuable information outside of the classroom in a fun, engaging style that also lets me learn a little something knew every now and then.
With a lot of UA-cam fitness personalities focused on bringing you exercise tips and workouts, there leaves room for entertainment. I don’t think anyone in the UA-cam fitness space is as hilarious or entertaining as Bro-Science Life. Dom Mazzetti has a way of making me laugh with every video that he puts out regardless of how outlandish the content is.
I find that the best form of motivation comes in the form of a kick in the ass from an in your face personality. I don’t think anybody fits that bill better than my friend CT Fletcher. Every time I need that little extra juice in the tank to get going through a workout, all I have to do is turn on one of CT’s videos and I find myself pushing that much harder.
While he doesn’t have a UA-cam channel himself, it is hard to find a motivational video in the fitness space without hearing him speak. David Goggins is another master motivator that I turn to when I need some extra encouragement to get my head on straight for a workout. When a former Navy SEAL is telling you how to be “hard”, it’s tough not to listen!
When it comes to teaching, I have a lot of respect for people that can provide valuable, actionable information that just down right makes sense, especially when it comes to strength training. There are not many out there that do it better than the guys at EliteFTS, but specifically Swede Burns. I just find myself always taking away something new and gravitating towards his teaching style.
Back to entertainment, Harry Mack is someone that I find very engaging. I can’t help but get drawn in by his man-on-the-street approach to his videos, as well as his ability to freestyle using a random collection of words provided by video participants. Every single time I watch, I am impressed!
It’s hard to argue that the guest list that Joe Rogan has put together over the years isn’t impressive. The diversity of participants means that just about every episode you watch is going to have something new and fresh, with plenty to be learned. I love being exposed to new thoughts and ideas on interesting topics that I may not have considered without watching in the first place.
As someone who appreciates applied science, I can also appreciate the research that goes into it. I also appreciate when someone is able to read and break down that research for viewers to understand and I think that Jeff Nippard does a great job of this. Making the literature understandable for the viewer is highly valuable when it comes to UA-cam fitness.
There are plenty more UA-cam channels on this list that I watch which I cover in the video itself. Who is on your list for people to watch on UA-cam? Leave a comment and let me know!

You got no shame lol
What about Jeremy Ethier, Gravity Transformation and Picture Fit
Hey how come you guys don't have your own comprehensive fitness app. I'm a member and I think it is good til March which is 1 year membership. But all that info I can get off my phone through my email because I have my login credentials saved but the only problem is to me and I'm pretty sure a lot of people would agree is, if you had the app version of the members website platform it would be more user friendly.
Trevor from SmashWerx is actually one of the best channels out there. Dude will motivate the hell out of you and show you how you can beat anything in life, super funny and I’ve gained a lot of help with injuries. Jeremy Ethier is also very quality and science/based similar to Jeff Nippard. Same with Coach Eugene Teo he’s always offering new perspectives and actionable advice. Jujimufu is good for funny content
Joe Rogan is the furthest thing from open minded. He won't even see The Holocaust as real.
Appreciate the nice words Jeff! Thanks for including me man!!
Jeff Nippard is my favorite UA-camr when it comes to his pronunciation of “carbs” :)
But real talk, quality diet information and summaries of studies on his channel.
Mmmdaddy
You're awesome man, I was watching your videos during lockdown for home workouts and they worked great 💪🏾🔥
What an endorsement from the fitness OG. As an emergency physician myself, I learn so much from you and your thought process improves mine. Appreciate your work.
We love our Jeffs, don’t we folks?
Very cool to see myself on this list alongside incredibly talented and knowledgeable creators. Thank you for the mention Jeff!
you deserve it man
well deserved 👏
Derek u beast
We love your work ! And I love Strong men who can maintain humility. Keep it up!!
He even respected the super psychological aspect of what u do lol
Thank you Jeff for the kind words. I’ve been following your content and using your programs for years and it’s been extraordinarily helpful. You’re the original on here.… And you set a beautiful example of how graciousness and a focus on hard work supersedes all. As they say in science, the rest is vapors…
Hey Jeff, do you think you could do a video on some good advice for starting up training after a long hiatus? I just recently began my training again covid 19 and everything 2 years later. I would really appreciate some tips on some good workouts for reactivating my muslces in a safe and efficient way so I can get back to my old workout where I targeted specific areas on different days, peace!
Yeah, Jeff has been the OG since day one. He shouldn't have to worry about what anyone says. People been teaming up trying to topple him the last few years. You can come up, but you gotta give respect to the OGs. He's really taking on the leadership role in this industry by offering the olive branch to those that featured videos disparaging him, but overall still had good content.
Prof Huberman, you teach me more than medical school and 13 years of training/practice has done. Your work saves lives; really appreciate your efforts
A well deserved mention!! I've read more books recommended by Dr. Huberman than anyone else. Mindset and Molecule of More are the top of my all time reading list.
Thank you to both you youtubers for such valuable content!
The man himself!
Was not expecting Jomboy, the GOAT!
When I'm on the street and talking with people, your name is often mentioned for having helped them. They light up when they talk about you and you can see how appreciative they are. That's the greatest ranking I think a fitness UA-camr could ever achieve, is having truly helped so many people out there who may not have financial access to hire personal trainers, etc. You've set a great example to aspire to and on the occasion that people thank me on the street for my own work, that's the greatest feeling and what I shoot for above all else. Everything else is secondary. You're a legend and I'm honored to have been recommended.
good job guys
I feel like lots of people would prefer advice online from someone who's highly recommended over expensive local (maybe not as credible) personal trainers. You guys have success stories all over.
@@MattPawlowski you bring up a great point. I was sought out for my knee help long before I went on UA-cam. So in many cases UA-cam probably allows specialists in different fields to all of a sudden be accessible to anyone. That’s awesome.
RAAAAAAAWWRRRRR🦖🦖🦖🤣🔥🐐🐐🐐
@@TheKneesovertoesguy the person I see locally blends in YOUR training. Sleds for days! Slants forever! Knees over toes translates very well to Kickboxing. Chambering your leg is about as far as a knee will go over the toes and allows me to whip some nasty kicks.
Appreciate the shoutout my friend! Love your videos 🙏
Earned it!
Love you Arun! Big fan.
Let's go such a cool and unexpected interaction between two UA-camrs I love to watch
Guys Like his comment so he will be seen.
I didn't know you had a fitness channel. :)
My man means a ton!! I’ll come to you, let’s collab!!
The collab we need
Just started watching you. So entertaining man! 💪🏽
Lets go!!

“This list is killing my gains.”
Flawless Victory!
😂😂
Thank you Jeff!!
Grats Will, you deserve the recognition.
You're the most hilarious one from the list for sure Will
Hey bro let us know when you come to Austin, or San Antonio!!!🙏🏽
Will, your Papa Greg was not mentioned, maybe his cooking for another Drama content of his own.
I LOVE YOU WILL
I’m honored to be on this list, thank you!! I was wondering why I was getting such a random increase in subscribers haha
Sports medicine goat 🐐! Keep up the great work on the videos and podcast 🤝
Your content is awesome doc,
Helps me studying
Brian you ability to quickly release content regardless of the sport is legendary. We appreciate your knowledge and professionalism always brother!
I watch your videos for my kin classes haha
Well deserved!!!
Thank you Jeff so much for the kind words! Haha, I know almost every channel on your list. I just need to work on the fitness part :)
Hey Rick, love your channel.
@@plusonepercent X2
I watch almost all of your videos Rick. Thank you for teaching me how much I don’t know about music. Lol
Rick! Wasn’t expecting you in this video, thanks for your work!
*Jeff finishes a lesson on how to do a correct face pull and then says* "Like that..."
No Renaissance Periodization? Mike is hilarious and very knowledgable! I am a personal trainer and listen to all of his stuff just because it helps keep knowledge fresh, and I most certainly learn things from him still.
Although, you will never see this comment. I definitely have to say thank you for putting out your content. It helped me decide to actually pursue certification to help others achieve their goals, with the mindset of strength and wellness without injury. Cheers!
Also a big fan of Dr. Mike Israetel. I like how he debunks or at least put into perspective otherwise hyped topics, and grounds his advice in reality. I'ma also a huge fan of Rick Beato, BTW, and have the Beato book to prove it. Thanks for the list!
@@sarahkramer8954a fan of Rick Beato too. I also have the book to prove it!
I feel like Jeff and Dr. Mike have beef or something…Not including Dr.Mike and RP Fitness is such a glaring oversight it almost seems intentional.
Eyyyyy so stoked to be on here!! It's crazy because I just started using your dumbbell workout routine and am loving it. Thanks so much for all the great content and info, and I might have to take you up on that 3 word challenge haha! Much appreciation Jeff :)
Harry you’re the GOAT 💪💪💪
2 of my favorite youtube channels!! I need a workout rap, lets gooo^^
That's so dope that you caught this
Yes! Get it done!!
I wanna see Harry do a video with Jeff! Make it happen guys!
I love how this slowly transpired into Jeff just telling us every random UA-camr he watches
this video was controversial and had 100 dislikes and 400 likes within the first 10 minutes of it being uploaded
but as soon as people started watching thru it, they realized it wasnt toxic drama. lol
Sad we don't get a worst fitness UA-camr list
@@hungry6479 Please tell us where the number of dislikes is displayed
I am the 666th comment
Transpired?
Can you rank them based on their face pull technique next time?
LOL best thing I've read all month
I really hope he sees this
🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
or based on how much they can bench hahaha
I don’t know why seeing all the creators commenting and being thankful for being on the list is so wholesome 😭
It's always AWESOME when a fitness youtubers give other fitness youtubers credit
or just other youtubers in general
Shut up
Jason Blaha wasn't given credit tho
Woah Jeff jumping head first into the UA-cam drama
They always make videos about him for clout anyways
Just my thought.
"But then he went back and jumped again off his left foot to avoid muscle imbalances " - 🤓
no hes not, if you watched more than 30 seconds of the video you'd know otherwise
#1 Is Jason Blaha!
V-Shred has actually helped me get fantastic results. I watch his videos and pretty much do the opposite of what he says
You had me in the first half
🤣🤣🤣
hahahahaha
🤣🤣
Is it me or did I see him on the thumbnail? Thank god, that moron wasn't on the list.
My viewing recommendation for my 8th grade students: PictureFit => Jeremy Ethier, Jeff Nippard, Athlean-X => Huberman Lab
Definitely wasn’t expecting Dom Mazetti to make the list lol
You wasn't expecting the best fitness youtuber to make the list of best fitness youtubers?
Do you wanna dance with Dom Mazetti!!
@@livinglifeform7974 l
ha ha ha right?? that was awesome
He's one of the best by being the worst, but ironically, therefore showing he actually really knows what he's talking about.
His powerlifting videos are the BEST.
I really appreciate the Bioneer, I love his philosophy on training and approach to fitness. In my opinion he's criminally underrated
Bioneer ROCKS !!
Absolutely. He does an excellent breakdown and his routines are wonderfully intense.
100% I’m a 20 y/o dad and he really helped me find a family and fitness balance
100% man! Glad someone remembered the Bioneer!
As has been said. Criminally underated and accessible to the average Joe. Pioneer is awesome.
This is why I love Jeff. Humble, fair, and positive. No drama. No nonsense. Just positivity and joy. You’re the best Jeff!
I love that ive seen videos talking shit about him but he is like naw, imma make a video about youtubers I like.
eww
@@timg1169 Amen, dude. Jeff stays above the rest. Doucette already made a video about how he’s not on the list 🙄 like get out of here dude lol
Worth adding Jeremy ether also to the list. Personally I felt his content is very easy for beginner to understand & video editing is probably the best .
Honestly I like him for similar reasons to Jeff Nippard. Both use research to break down data and explore what it means in overall fitness
Dr Mike from Renaissance Periodization is amazing and tells it like it is.
I found him through Jeff Nippard, so happy to see "the other Jeff" on your list
Surprised Dr Mike didn’t make the list
@@oosik411 Dr Mike is great but he was never gonna make the list because he slams Jeff's videos a LOT!
@@tommaso99 Does he? Which ones?
Dr Mike is the best, love his deep dives and his sense of humour is great
Israetel is FUCKING HILARIOUS
Will Tennyson has a good mix of witty humor, interesting challenges, and honest perspectives for the fitness industry
The John Meadows shout out was one that made me happy. So grateful to whomever is still uploading his content over there for us to watch. Especially those quick shorts when you want to refresh your memory before doing your workout. Nice video, Jeff! A couple of people on there I have never heard off. Will try to check them out sometime. Best wishes.
Mountain dog woof

@@dasun13 mountain dog....
His advice is still the best
Great list! We share several of the same! As a former professional pitcher, I highly recommend your channel to my students as your workouts are always FUNCTIONAL. You explain HOW and WHY to perform certain exercises incredibly well.
My fitness list in addition includes:
- FitnessFAQs
- Bioneer
- Simonster
- Calimove
- Red Delta Project
- Squat University
- Strength Side
- Gamer Body
- Saturno Movement
- Dr John Rusin
Thank you Jeff for your list and all your fitness contributions 👊👍
Bioneer and FitnessFAQs changed my life!
Bioneer is the #1 man. Also if you’re into calisthenics man check out ‘K Boges’ he’s great
Strength Side is a good one! Looks like the two guys are stoned out of their minds, but they know their stuff!
Strong list!
Genuinely surprised Squat University wasnt in this video. Very knowledgeble when it comes to biomechanics.
Expect a reaction to this video from every single fitness UA-cam out there.
Oh yeah, gunna put his name 4 times in the title for clicks too
Best ranked youtuber: Jason Blaha!
A certain Canadian manlet cookbook salesman will be the first to respond.
@@UnoriginalUsername25 Bingo.
@@UnoriginalUsername25, what I give Greg props for is he helped me dial back my expectations.
He makes some good points and as someone who isn't looking to body build but be fit, his messages brought me back to reality.
I appreciate him for that.
The B.U.F.F. dudes are great too! Entertaining and give a lot of great info on nutrition and workouts.
I absolutely adore those two, they are so much fun and it doesn't hurt that Hudson is basically thor
@@brockgundich I agree, I’m a big fan of their humor. Also a big fan of their recipes haha
The addition of Mikayla to the channel too has been amazing
Much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏 we are all working very hard
Buff Dudes are always entertaining and "Gym Wildlife" has to be one of the greatest fitness parodies ever made.
I've watched a fair bit of Buff Dudes content since they like to try a lot of different things and see how it affects them. Not exactly a large test group so I'm sure some people doubt their results and conclusions but to me, still worth watching.
I can't believe the buff dudes aren't on the list. They make the best videos period as far as production value. They're funny too
Not to mention, they're just hilarious and fun to watch
+1 on Buff Dudes. They walk that line between entertainment and delivering knowledge.
I was so sad when buff dudes were not included. They are some of the best fitness UA-camrs. Hilarious, informative and over all very fun to watch !!
Buff Dudes are GOAT tier
I knew Rick Beato was gonna make the list as soon as Jeff said he likes music
I appreciate keeping on the positive end of the spectrum here. I dislike seeing UA-camrs bashing other UA-camrs. It happens across the board on all channel types and is really a turn off.
Well, if you are on YT for feelfgood time positive is the way to go. Others seek quality info though, and quality tends to go down the drain without oversight and critique from peers
@@GetAssista this. I think hating and bashing is one thing but peers should be able to critique each other's work in order to procreate good quality informative videos, especially when it comes to fitness.
@@GetAssista hating and bashing doesn't fall in the "quality information".
It's just drama. You can lie to yourself and say you are watching "quality information" but you would just be watching two UA-camrs having a digital diss fight
Jeff is really taking the leadership role here. After all he's been the leader in the industry for a long time.
But you know Jessie is talking about Greg Doucette at the beginning.
Jeff has twins to avoid muscular imbalance
So happy to see Will Tennyson and Rick Beato on the list, great picks!
Layne Norton(Biolayne You Tube Channel) is #1. Layne does not hold back calling out BS as it applies to nutrition and fitness. And he backs it up with a strong understanding of research and evidence. He has also coached thousands of people to achieve their fitness/body building goals,(via nutrition and resistance training). competition and noncompetition.
It's really nice to see a famous youtuber lifting up others instead of trying to make views of roasting and criticizing them.😌 This is why you are who you are! 💪
I choked up a little upon John Meadows. He was such a kind and motivating person.
Yes but the steroids got him. Think about it.
Trained exclusively with Athlean X from 2008-2021, and then started using knees over toes for lower body mixed with various AX programs for upper body since Spring of 21. I’m about to turn 43 and I’m in the best shape of my life. I appreciate you shouting out Ben. Knees Over Toes has been a game changer for me. You both have, actually. I recommend you guys to everyone.
Thank you so much Stephen!!!
Thank you Ben! And thank you Jeff!!
Looking forward to follow the success that u have had with Ben's program. KOT guy feels very sincere, approachable and personable. Do like the conviction he exhibits about what he prescribes for us knee-joint-acl etc victims
Jeff this video and yourself are awesome on so many different levels. Not only are you helping your audience find awesome content that can ultimately help them evolve as a person, but you're also garnering recognition for hard working YT'ers who may not have the traction you've had up to this point. It's awesome seeing the kind comments they all put on your video, and you can tell this is one of those little things that goes a long way. You're a phenomenal role model and it's no surprise you're as popular as you are. You're the man!
Rick Beato is somebody I can’t stop watching, not just for the content quality, but for his sheer enthusiasm for the music craft!
Another person I enjoy that both makes me laugh and want to make myself work harder in the gym is Ryan Humiston; but beware, his approach is not always intended for minors!
I’d be remiss if I didn’t say that Athlean X is my usual go to though. Great stuff!
What the hell, he talks Rick beato
LOL -- I was going to leave a comment, but you already did it for me -- word for word! Rick Beato with a song is like a 4-year- old with a new toy on Christmas. What passion! My fave is his breakdown of Chicago's "Make Me Smile". I thought he was going to have a seizure. And Jeff at Athlean-X, yeah, still the Gold Standard. Best~
Hell yea to both. Rick Beato and Humiston. I also love guitar and working out.
-Glad he didn’t do any “worst”.
-So glad Nippard is there. No one deserves it more. The two Jeffs are the best.
-Definitely bittersweet with John Meadows. I love that man. (And Catholic too!)
-Pleasantly surprised at Rick Beato. I’m a professional musician and he’s one of my favorites.
-Overall, great attitude and approach of “we’re all in this together.”
Let’s all do our best to help each other be our best selves!
TheBioneer is also a great channel. I’ve found so much good info relating to biomechanics and healthy living through him. And makes well edited digestible compelling videos 👍
Yes the Bioneer.. loved his philosophy
Was also going to add the Bioneer!
and Shreeded Sport Science
@@michal24980 He was mentioned near the end.
Totally agree
I thought for sure Renaissance Periodization with Dr. Mike Israetel would be on the list!? Great list tho. I watch many of these guys! Love that you added John Meadows.
I really didn't expect Rick Beato to be on this list... But now I see Jeff is really a man of culture
That surprised me too. Rick is awesome. I don’t understand most of what he’s talking about, but he is very engaging!
If you love Beato, I definitely recommend Pat Finnerty’s channel and his What Makes This Song Stink? series, which is hilariously based on Beato’s What Makes This Song Great
@@rudowakening3638 Totally agree.

I’m incredibly honored to be on the list! Thank you for the mention! Best wishes to you.
Jeff, this was beautiful so wholesome man. I started training solely because I came across your channel YOU got me and thousands like me into the gym. I've been seeing videos on yt dissing you and your content for years now but this positivity was a tight slap on their faces; even the support you're getting from the fitness community in your comments is a reply in itself. Much love man I hope I can meet you someday.
There's no bigger insult than when you diss someone publicly and that person completely ignores you. Jeff is smart to stay away from all that nonsense. Don't feed it.
I have so much love for Jeff also. He seems like such an incredible human being.
Thanks Jeff for making these great videos. I still use ideas I learned from you 3-4 years ago. any time I ever watch you I learn something and it makes sense. The one UA-camr I was really hoping to see on this list is Mark Wildman. I am completely hooked into his philosophies of coaching and his style of teaching warmup’s , Kettlebell basics, circular strength training, bodyweight exercises and cooldowns among many other topics he dives deep into .
Appreciate you sharing this a lot. Shredded sports science, calisthenicmovement and fitness FAQs definitely belong in this list in the fitness category in my opinion.
100%
Yes! Absolutely!!
I agree. And for interview show, gotta dd Rich Roll too. Nice to seeing people appreciate others. Carry on, everybody.
Great list Jeff! So glad mountain dog is on here, that guy was a genius and a total class act. RIP John! 🙏
Yeah he has some good stuff. Really shame he isn't with us now.
John Meadows is the GOAT
Exactly. Some people could learn a thing from having that attitude instead of telling everyone they’re “doing it wrong” when not in their lane.
I would curious to get your take on Ryan Humiston. His humor and ability to communicate his point in an off color fashion always motivates me.
Can’t believe he wasn’t on here.
Probably because Ryan Humiston is absolute garbage
@@RustyKnorr He's thrown some shade towards Jeff in the past. How much is just in jest? Not sure, but maybe that's why.
Probably because he is a completely opposite form of training
Ryan is great in forcing you to make a mind muscle connection. Unfortunately he seems to throw longevity and safety out the window sometimes
I NEVER would've thought that one day I'd see Rick Beato being mentioned by Jeff on this channel. We truly live in a society.
Jeff, yours is my personal favorite youtube channel. What i have learned from your video's has changed my life. I was bedridden for 3 years and started again from NOTHING. Thanks to you I'm on my way to achieving all my personal goals. I am forever greatful for what you do and i always recommend your video's to all who are interested in bettering their health.

He is an amazing dude!
He seems to be a great guy, he's always promoting good sense and positivity while being human and highly relatable.
I am going to be honest, I don't watch anyone on UA-cam other than Jeff for gym. There's a reason for it. Sometimes too much information is bad as well. I stick to particular stuff and concentrate on it and I think I have a decent body and fit mind. What more one can want?
i’d add Nippard to your list of Jeffs. Also Ryan Humiston if you like videos that are simultaneously funny and justify working out like a madman.
I imagine Greg watching this the same way an 8th grader is waiting for his name to be called at an awards ceremony
Gregs channel is easily one of the best as far as fitness information. BS that he didn’t get a mention. Jeff is petty af
Greg's gonna do a video explaining why he didn't choose him lol
Lmao
Had to scroll waaay down to even find his name lmao
Thanks for mentioning ol Smelly Bell
I love that Jeff really likes Knees Over Toes Guy. I remember an old video that Jeff talked about how Squatting with Knees over toes and ass to grass was a bad idea and that people shouldn't do it. It's cool to see that he admits a change of heart and is willing to think with a different perspective.
Jeff, I enjoy your channel! I looked up how to work out 😝. I am newly sober, I lost so much during Covid . And changed my whole life getting sober ! So I am strapped to pay for a gym membership, but I did follow your at home work outs and free weights and push up, abs, and arm work outs , I want to express my deep appreciation for all your advice, you break down work outs and nutrition in a way that’s comforting and confidence boosting! I appreciate you Jeff !
Been listening to Mind Pump and they mentioned Athlean-X on one of their episodes. I was pleased to hear that they agree with and sometimes turn to Jeff’s content for more advanced lifting and their own personal programming 💪🏼
Oh really?? I was actually wondering if they had ever mentioned him. That’s awesome. (I’m a few episodes behind)
@@LovenArtiste yeah so am I. But yeah I’ve been a Jeff cavalier disciple for years and I just recently discovered Mind Pump. I respect and trust content from them both, so yeah it was cool hearing them weigh in on Jeff just briefly
Love the Mind Pump guys
I LOVE Mind Pump!
Shoot, I’d love Jeff as a guest on MP! Something I’ve thought for a while now
The Bioneer and Shreded Sports Science are two great channels for different training approaches, ideas, supplement info etc..
I think Alan Thrall is one of the most underrated fitness UA-camrs. He gives high-quality advice, great motivation and is funny.
Buff Dudes are great to watch, their videos are a lot of fun to watch and easy to understand
This video is pointless because we all know ATHLEAN x IS THE ONLY FITNESS CHANNEL WE NEED
Based on what I've seen in the UA-cam fitness world, there are quite a few influencers that love to critique Athlean X and Jeff Cavalier, with some of those influencers seemingly that's all they do. I am so glad Jeff doesn't waste time engaging negativity, which is just one more reason I believe Athlean X is the best way to go.
And that's the majority of their content. They'll put Jeff's face on the thumbnail hoping to get views.
I absolutely love how you made this video without talking badly about all the trash that’s on UA-cam. Much respect to you Jeff. Truly a class act.
Kind of wanted a little dig at V-Shred that they usually do!
Don’t worry! In the video’s image on UA-cam, he’s the only creator shown that Jeff didn’t talk about and he’s on the “bad” side, so they still snuck it in 😂
@@navers87 Jeff doesnt want to give him any attention and thats good

Yeah. Putting him with 'worst' on the thumbnail is pretty clickbait.
He's great... Is it actually fitness though?
@@timbo7873 fitness related. Same could be said about Dom Mazetti, which is pure comedy or some of those fitness pretty boys doing 'colabs'.
I can't believe you missed out on Jeremy Ethier, that guy is so creative when it comes to multiple variations of exercises, for Gym and at home. Check him out!
Mountain Dog was a revelation for me personally. B4 i saw John's video, I thought u had the detailed explanations, but John had even more detailed explanation, different variations and which muscles they effect and how they affect the muscle growth/building. Its sad that he left us so soon..
Rest in peace.. just finding out now and just watched his video on shoulders ten minutes ago 😔
This is a great list - way to uplift others Jeff! Also, reading through the comments, this is an amazingly supportive community of ATHLEAN-X'ers - shout out to all of you!! Another that I would (personally) to the list would be The Bioneer. Thanks for this!
yes a million time yes
I have a cavalcade of creators. I started with AthleanX and discovered Jeff Nippard, Mario Tomich, Ryan Hummiston, Will Tennyson, and I watch their content throughout every day. I made it a point to keep fitness at the forefront of my mind every day so I don’t slow down and I don’t give up. I’ve lost over 60 pounds in 18 months and I’m pushing for gains every day. Work out until I drop.
I enjoy Will Tennyson, as well
Well done on the 60 pound weight loss, great achievement!! All the best
@@Robcosi1982 Many thanks, sir.
Ryan is so damn hilarious. Wish he made the list.
I was so happy to see Will on this list. Just so much fun, good content.
.. and lame sexual innuendo every 20 seconds
Me, cackling: Yes Jeff, we do want you to cover the worst of the worst. Having Vshred on the thumbnail already speaks volumes.
Jeff had twin sons so he wouldn't have an imbalance. Thank you for this video, Jeff!!! Super helpful information!!!
Oh man this was such a great video. I love when tubers pump each others tires. This was awesome. Also, jomboy is def one of the best ball channels on the tubes

My must see UA-camr is James Linker of the channel Shredded Sports Science.
Among the people whom you mentioned for your list and the qualities that get your attention. This channel host has most of them. Particularly scientific research studies explained in simpler terms; a light hearted style, often slapstick in nature; genuinely interested in truth in advertising for the beginners. James never rates people or products. However he offers a research based look at the particular levels of dosed ingredients. Always making sure that he takes price and value into account.
You should add him to your watchlist.
Agreed. Hes a good lad
love that guy
He dropped a video today.
I miss the times when his videos were less about UA-cam fitness drama and more about sports science. I understand why he did it ($$$), but the newer videos on his channel just aren't what they used to be when he started.
@@TheChangs4 he mixes that stuff in with his drama stuff too, that's what makes him so fun to watch.
Squat University should've been on the video. His videos have been very helpful to deal with incorrect form and joint pain during compound movements
Agreed!
I love that channel, they've helped me correct my form on some exercises
I thought the same
Surprised that he wasn’t!
Thank you Jeff for the kind words, it's an honor you mentioning me on your Channel.
Jeff Nippard is on of my fav channels. I also love Dr. Mike on Renaissance Periodization. He's hilarious and has a science based approach.
Both good choices
Someone who I watch is hybrid calisthenics, very positive and has a kind vibe for beginner fitness advice and overall life stuff every so often
YES! Hybrid is absolutely fantastic for beginners and general life outlook. The guy is like the Bob Ross of fitness. Nothing is a mistake, start anywhere, happy clouds.
Hey Jeff,
I've been following your channel for over 4 years now and have loved every second of it. I own and have completed some of your programs and have felt and seen huge benefits in my endurance, strength, speed, and overall athletic ability. Some of your videos and advice also helped me recover from a muscle tear in my groin/adductor area a year or two back. You truly are the no B.S. fitness king out there who has proven his character, background, and science-backed evidence in every video you make. I have repeatedly looked into buying your supplements because I trust you make them the best, but the prices repeatedly hold me back. I'd rather support Athlean-X with my money because I admire a lot that you do and trust your advice more than others. I can't imagine how busy you may be, but can you please take a look at this review about your supplements and please explain how including certain ingredients in your products requires a boost in prices nearly double the standard prices in the general fitness market? For example, your protein powder is almost $60 but I just don't see how I have attached the link. Maybe you can do one of those quick "question-answer" videos you've made in the past? I am sure I am not the only one of your fans who has the same question. By the way, I like your list
Didn’t expect to see Beato on here but couldn’t agree more. He’s awesome and his passion for music just draws you in
Definitely already have alot of these guys on my list. Had to take Alan Roberts off though. His stuff started becoming less about fitness and more about drama. Luckily I discovered The Bioneer around that time.
God I hate that guy lol, even when talking about fitness he’s so aggressive and narcissistic it’s hard to take him seriously
Ya he went sideways 😅😫
Funny how all it took was covid to drive the guy into politics
It is great how you took the time and effort to plan out a well thought video idea.
The tiny Jesse scenes really add a good touch to the video. I would personally mention ( as I am a calisthenics lover ) FitnessFAQs and Calisthenicmovement just to give the non-bodybuilding viewers some love.
Other than that, I wish you all the best and hopefully that bicep of yours heals fast.
Have a great day, Jeff and Jesse!
Great list, glad to find I already watch/listen to at least 50% of that list too! Reassuring! Thanks Jeff!
New life goal = make Jeff's list
Ive seen your stuff too Dr.! You're great man
Glad to see Knees Over Toes Guys. He transformed my leg days and I’ve finally begun to make strength gains in my legs.
I appreciate Jeff didn't actually rank anyone, he simply said "Hey, if this is what you like, what you're into, or what you need, check this person out."
I was hoping Jeff Cavalier would've mentioned Thomas Delaur
Oooh Jeff...I see what you did there & I LIKE it! Way to go showing those critics how it's done. Positivity always trumps going after people & dragging them down.
Jeff Nippard, ShreddedSports Science, Buff Dudes and the Bioneer are my go to fitness UA-cam channels
RIP John Meadows. Love his UA-cam videos. He always seemed in good spirits, humble, and passionate about working out. I didn't realize he passed until I saw this video.
I've always wondered why popular UA-camrs don't do this. Good on you Jeff. Well done and thank you
Nice list - a couple to check out: High Intensity Health, Mind Pump Show, Renaissance Periodization, Dr Sten Ekberg, Low Carb Down Under, and The Bioneer.
Bioneer and FitnessFAQs should be at the top of this list for sure
Love how Jeff talks about non fitness related stuff
Rest days are important, even on UA-cam
