Thank you so very much for your excellent instructions and video! My first loom experience. The hat turned out perfect... all because of you! I belong to a senior group, we are making hats to donate to our local charities. This method will allow me to provide warmth and comfort to many in our community.
I watched this video last year and started my local company CFC, this winter so far we were able to donate $150 to st judes hospital! Thank you for helping me and the other children
Grandpa from New York never made anything that involved yarn and let's just say I wasn't very confident about this endeavor, that is until I came across your video. Now, I'm the hat boss. Love you, keep up the great work.
I used to make pot holders on a loom when I was a kid, and now that I'm knitting it's relit my interest in looming! I've watched dozens of tutorials in a short period of time, and yours are by far the best. You're so sweet and easy to listen to, plus your tips are easy to understand! Thanks for taking the time to make these videos (and teaching me how to loom!)
The video is great! Clearly and eloquently explained...and you know you made an amazing video when the entire comment section is heartwarming and kind. Great job! And thank you for teaching me a new skill. Blessings!🥰🙏🌬🔮
Thank you for making it soo easy as I am learning because my daughter has become very interested in looming. I have watched other people try to teach how to loom and all I want to do is scream!! I appreciate it that you use two colors and explain it. Thank you,Thank you!!
I've watched many loom knitting videos on UA-cam, but you are one of the few people that explains everything very nicely. Your videos are very easy to follow and I've been successful at everything I've knitted when watching your videos. Thank you so much for your time and effort!
I loved your video. I'm 70 years old and just made my first hat. I'm going to make them for shelters. Your instructions were amazing. I picked a Bulky 5 weight acrylic yarn but my hat is too floppy. I'm going to double my yarn for my next hat like you did. Thank you so much! This was great fun!
Thanks for the tips, Claudie. I'm making winter gear for profit and selling it for cash to some of the employees on the block I guard. There's lots of folks around here that love what I do. And I have you to thank for it!
My husband and i brought this crazy knit loom for our 10year old daughter, she foud your video and started a hat but, has no patients what so ever! so i took over lol....im now on my 2nd hat! Totally love your video super easy to follow and the results are perfect! Big thank you for taking the time to show beginners like my daughter and i. I foubd how to make a pom'pom on youtube and added that to my first hat, my daughter loved it that much she wears it to school lol. Hope the charity went well poppet. :)
Thanks Claudie! I made my first knit hat today on my knitting loom thanks to your easy to follow video! ^^ I am making hats for our local shelters and food banks!
Thank you so much for your easy to follow instructions and pleasant manner. I'm really excited to be starting my first round loom hat and will refer to your channel for continuing projects.
Being that I just started knitting this video was so helpful! I've created many different hats by following the instructions that you have given. Thank you!
I made my hat for my unborn cousin and I’m so excited to give it to my uncle for her! I could not have done it without you thank you so much and keep up the good work!!!👍👍🤓
My daughter has classic autism and has just started loom knitting..her first project is a hat..a few mistakes but she's enjoying it...hoping she will go on to make other items..your videos are very clear and easy to follow... Thank you.
lynn slater A few mistakes come with the territory when you're just starting out! They also show up sometimes even if you've been doing something for years. :)
I’ve been making hats off an on for awhile. But your way to do a brim has me actually wanting to make them and not just having the rolled brim. Your video was the clearest and most helpful. Thank you so much!
Yay! Thank you! I'm making my scarf now. Once again,I really love your tutorials on loom knitting, I've watched many videos on loom knitting, you explain and demonstrate loom knitting much easier! 😀
Yes! Just finished making mine as well! You are a VERY good teacher :) I enjoy the way you just "Talk & Go-On" about different things & way's to do it sometimes as if you are just teaching friends. Thank you so VERY much & i am now 1 hat down on my Christmas tree gifts!
GameGetting Girl Thank you! That's so sweet! I try to make my tutorials as if I were showing someone sitting in the room with me and I can be a bit chatty sometimes, ha! Good luck on your gift list! Mine is slowly dwindling. :)
I have been using your tutorial for the past year. You make it easy to understand and I always bring this video up for reference. Thanks so much for the video!!
Excellent video. We all develop our own way so anything I do differently is just my way. For instance I don’t measure but count rows. Forty rows total for an adult hat. Twenty rows makes the brim then twenty more before stitching off.
This is an excellent tutorial on making a loom beanie. Very clear, easy to follow instructions with a very pleasant to listen to narration. Thank you for adding in the dimensions amongst all the other tips and instructions. Really great! 👍👍

Here's a trick I found out. If you have the right peg count loom, AND the right variegated yarn, you can get stripes going down the hat. (The colors will change at the same pin every time, so the colors go down the knit.) It has been 17 years or so, but I THINK 36 pins and Red Heart variegated yarn. Tension is CRUCIAL! steve

I love the way that you teach. My problem that I had for this was that I had the wrong sized yarn. So it was very hard for me to do this. I have to wait now to get some smaller yarn. Also, since it's winter, I can't drive in the road because it is sooo slick.
Thank you sooooo much. I wish I had found this tutorial sooner. So many not quite hats in the bin. Hope you have a lovely Christmas and new year. I have subscribed so I can get more of your designs xxx
