This woman wasn't just entitled, she has a mental illness. Her friends and family know this but don't think there is anything they can do since they probably have already tried. I bet her friends did all of the cleaning of that shared yard and after they left she dumped out the planters.

Ignoring the psychopathic Karen in the story, this seems like a really nice small community to be part of.
Am I the only one who has listened to the original story? It sounded strange for some reason. Most likely because I’ve heard this before but also I’m getting used to the new voice they continued the story beautifully. Props to the people who created this channel, you do great. This is for everyone on that team.

If that was really an apartment owner I would try to live somewhere else. 1. How would you know if someone's out after 9 pm.
2. What if someone needs to go to the hospital for anything.
3. Not everyone can always be at the building so just one person missing shouldn't mean that they get evicted. Heck I rarely participated in my inspections with my husband (I'm either at dialysis or sleeping)
After everything that's happening with the OP and the Karen, these stories should be animated.

I work in retail myself so here's some reality for the top bosses;-
1. The Customer is NOT always right
2. We can only 'be professional', give 'service with a smile[ and take so much
3. There' a MASSIVE difference betweeen customer service and customers' servants and as far as i'm concerned if there's no legit reason as to why somebody can't do their own shopping themselves, they don't need to rely on the customers' shoppers' service.
Actually that's not quite the full phrase. It's the customer is "almost" always right. The word almost, is usually omitted to placate the customer. But over the years that part seems to have been forgotten.

Obviously the entire story is infuriating, but the part that disturbs my very soul is the story about the attempted b&e and the cats. Not only for the sanctity of the home you own, but the safety and mental health of those cats. Even if 'petting' was her true intention, imagine the trauma to an animal of some random crazy person barging into their safe space and assaulting them. Because as people, we definitely would not put up with that treatment and pets shouldn't have to either.
The rest was pretty par for the course, but THAT is what tipped it into "insane" territory.
More than likely she was going to steal the cats, not for herself but to get them out of the building. When she thought she owned the building, she was going to enforce a no pets rule.
I just broke my foot so Im glad I can feel the pain she was going through

Third story: Call the police and press charges for destruction of private property as well as theft as long as you aren’t in CA she isn’t entitled. Get a gun as well and make sure you know how to use it if she gets aggressive.

Story 1: We've heard this one already a month or so ago, but i got a great laugh out of the new narrators "Karen" voice here....
Story 2: Oh wow!!! Never thought we'd ever get an update to that one..... so no wonder we had a repeat of the first story. In any case, this Karen is both insane and stupid. I just can't stand people like this. They get off on making people miserable.
Story 3: Wait, what? A THIRD ONE?!?!?! What the hell? First the letter, then the parking, now an outdoor clothesline?? Seriously, why are they putting up with this woman? I just dont get it.
Story 4: Oh boy... here we go again. I'm not sure if i missed you OP, but i sure dont miss 'Karen' here. This Karen needs to be locked in a rubber room at the puzzle factory at this point. She is completely cuckoo. There is absolutely no way that that package just 'accidently opened' when she signed for it, she clearly wanted to see what it was and possible steal it. Also really sucks that the authories where the OP is wont do anything about it.
Story 5: We are up to 5 now??? So now shes literally trying to break into the OPs place because she wants to pet their cats? The OP and the SO seriously need to have their place under camera watch 24/7... and maybe let the other neighbours know about it all too.

Story 8: Oh no.... we're up to 8. I'm really surprised at the level of restraint the OP and SO have on this Karen. I dont get how this Karen still has all of her teeth at this point. I'm surprised that no one in that building snapped on that Karen and beaten her into powder. Even her own friends are apologizing for her. That's just pathetic. Here's hoping that this is the end of this saga and that something will finally be done about this Karen.
