The reason you couldn't find Gene's grave is that we he cremated and his ashes were scattered in the backyard of his home in Stamford. He does not have a burial plot. Gilda died of ovarian cancer, not breast cancer.
I was heartbroken when Gilda died. I just couldn't believe it. She was so talented and funny. Those skits of hers on SNL were the best. LOVE YOU BOTH, GILDA AND GENE.
I loved Gilda so much / I just rewatched Love Gilda ..😢 it hurts my heart that she kept asking for help that she knew something was wrong with her body she knew she felt sick and the lousy doctors ignored her.. that is until it was much too late Had her cancer been detected when she COMPLAINED to doctors .. She would he alive today .. 😢

Gene Wilder was pretty amazing. I’ve been watching his performance on Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory lately and his performance is so unique to watch. It’s so sad that he’s not alive anymore but every time when I watch his performance and willy Wonka and the chocolate factory it’s just pretty awesome to see that he was able to do that role. I watch that movie every October during the Halloween season it’s just amazing to watch he will forever be missed.
Gene Wilder was valuable with Mel Brooks both made and produce classic funny comedies that are considered slap stick and also did movies with Richard Pryor comedies with adventures.
