Every tire has great traction on wet sand. You didn't try any powder, the real test of a sand tire.
Thats exactly what I was thinking, we used to drive with front wheel drive Toyota Corolla on wet sand it doesn't sink at all and very good traction :)

Maybe open diffs but did you disable bld (brake lock differential)? Just want to note that it came off as a little disingenuous.

lets face it those tires are the basic mud tire tread pattern. There are nearly 2 dozen mud tires out there that preform the same. That JL made those tires look good. A very capable vehicle even with highway tires.

These are 12 ply aggressive mud tires with thick side lugs under $300 ? Not hardly any out there able to compete with that (retaining as much of an aggressive style as Nexen Manages to pull off with this AT this price point )

Technically even the sport has traction aids. The computer is constantly applying the brakes to tires that are spinning. So not true open diffs. But very cool video anyway :)
I have these tires on my 2008 dodge ram 1500. And they do really really good.
How did they do on the road force machine and balancing? I just got a set of 35x12.50R17s and one tire was at a 31 and the other at a 45 on the road force machine. I am returning the set and ordering another hopefully from a 2019 production lot. My tires were made in the 14 and 15th week of 2018. So shortly into their first year of production. Thanks for any feedback.

what size are those? No lift?
Looking at Nexen's website, the largest diameter is 31.7". So no lift is needed. At least not on a JL Sport.
snow is fun until u hit the deep stuff but deep powder is a great time just blast through it woo lol

It's best you use mud tyres on sand and lower the air pressure. I am in Barbados and our top tyre is maxxis unfortunately nobody carries nexen brand

I am from India and am a haaaaaaaaaaaardcore jeep lover.
buying a Wrangler was my ultimate dream. Last year Jeep launched three models here in India. The Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, and compass. Guess what.? The base model Wrangler costs 1,20,0000$ In India...Even selling my both Kidneys won't cover up that expense.LOL

😂😂😂 "no traction aids" on a 2018 Jeep 🙄, they all do. Might not have lockers but the traction control system can get close enough... Traction test on wet sand....? Snow test on what? 1.5 inches of fresh power snow. C'mon, I've seen much better Commercials/ Sponsored videos than this non sense
