Loving this series, keep it up bro! Much love from South Africa 🌍
Thanks so much!!
I just blew up my yz250f and your vids have helped me alot on how to rebuild motors and rip down a bike
Awesome to hear, thanks! Sorry your bike blew up!
@@KincadePavich you also inspired me to do a whole strip down and rebuild
You are a savage keeping both bikes full of dirt inside the shelf 😂😂. Loving the build so far ❤
I respect all the time you put into your bikes it’s looking great 👍
I've had the harbour freight one for 2 years, i welded up a rolling frame for it so it wasn't sitting on my workbench. Use it for everything, would recommend!
I bought the harbor freight parts washer used off diesel mechanic, love it for the handful times I’ve used it. I do need to clean it well from their use and get new fluid to use.
Awesome thanks for the feedback!
Hells yeahhhhhh KP 💥🔥🔥🔥
awesome Kincade! keep up the good work
Thank you!
Lol the bike met the stereotype perfectly to have every bearing a rusted and roached mess, but a sweet FMF exhaust!
I had no idea how clapped this thing was when I bought it lol
@@KincadePavich Always a gamble. I did a 99’ CR125 about 9 years ago, same thing….nice pipe and every bearing rusted and seized. I had to cut most of them out with a die grinder lol.
Good 👍🏼 shit it’s alive🏍
Great video!🎉
Keep up the good work. I love these vids
Thank you!
No but how do you know what each part is called like some bearing breaks how do you know where to get another same bearing?
Was waiting for this
def reccomend the harbor freight parts washer just baught one and love it
Good to hear appreciate the feedback!
When it finally started it didnt wanna stop haha 😁
yessirski , so happy to see the Kawasaki start coming together. Can't wait till it's done. Yoo Kincade, I have a problem with my 2003 KTM 125 SX, it has no spark, I don't if I should replace the coil or just buy a whole kit. What should I do?
I'm not that great with electrical stuff but I'd use a voltmeter to count out one component at a time
@@KincadePavich sounds good brotha, will do
Should get HF sand blaster cabinet and convert it to hydra blaster
What city do you live in? I need you in my life? Great job!
Bozeman!
Hello,
Did you get a thicker headgasket after the work with the cilinder?
Bikes coming together nicely!
I did not, I used the one that came in the Pro X gasket kit. No issues so far. Bike is running good!
@@KincadePavich alright, thank you for te respons.
Also thanks for the great video's!
Would you be willing to fix mine? I live here in Montana! Same bike just won’t start
I'm not offering service work right now, too many other projects.
Awesome video! Just bought a 2000 kx 250 that I believe needs a crank seal. Do you know if I have to split the cases?
Yes you have to on kawis
@@ShaDowF50 damn you have to split the cases to do a crank seal on those? That’s a major pain in the ass
@@Hyngyynj yup, they go from the inside before the main bearings
Yes unfortunately.
@@KincadePavich yeah sending it out next week to just have the whole thing gone through. Kind of a joke. Is kx the only make that you have to do so
Do u have a video of wiring the kill switch
Turned out wasn't a wiring issue, one of the connections in the actual switch had come loose. The wiring itself was simple, one ground to the ignition and then a connector to the CDI.
Are you going to whistler? I'm jealous if so
Rode Whistler last year! We're going to Kicking Horse, Revelstoke and Fernie!
@@KincadePavich Sounds incredible! Would love to see some MTB build content as well sometime!
Also Kincade, I've got some more music for you, will be sending it later today
That top radiator hose that connects the two radiators goes through the hole in the frame just noticed you missed that
No it doesn't
Pretty sure it does I haven’t had that bike specifically but I have a kx250f and that’s how it goes and most bikes I’ve owned were the same but maybe the kx250 is different not here to argue man just providing a tip
@@jewelking8349 I know you’re just trying to help! That’s not the way it routes on this bike.
@@KincadePavich glad you got it running top notch, it sounds crispy. Just watched your new video on it, looking forward to a ride video!
i hope to see you ride it
You will
I have a PDF of engine/clutch/frame covers if you’re interested (trace and cut out of vinyl). I also have .stl files for the front brake line bracket, both front fork guards, and the lower brake caliper guard
I actually have brand new OEM frame guards, and engine covers from Pryme MX! I appreciate it though!!
I purchased a harbor freight parts washer and the pump never worked.
Look at a dry ice cleaner , vapor blaster
Why wouldnt you clean up the swingarm if you have those big cleaning wheels and bench grinder??? Same with the cases. I get not stripping the frame down but you had the motor disassembled why not clean it
Is that going to be Alberta or bc?, and yes I’m that small group of women that watch you haha
Hahah awesome! We'll be in BC riding Kicking Horse, Fernie and Revelstoke!
broooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how do you turn off the bike without the killer switch? xD
if someone knows please tell me xD
In this case I turned the idle down until it died. In most situations I would just stall the bike, but didn’t want to do that with no chain/real wheel and I don’t even think it would have worked.
@@KincadePavich makes sense. i though of stalling it but then with no chain or wheel it wouldve been bad xD
thank you for asnwering and great content keep it up :)
You do know they make this stuff called penetrating oil? I recommend AeroKroil
I heard that NAPA Aluminum Brightener works like a charm (I've seen it in one of Devin's videos: ua-cam.com/video/M7MOwlSUOo0/v-deo.html ). Great rebuild series!
where in the world does he buy these bro.
This one was on Facebook marketplace for 7 minutes when I messaged the seller
Buy a press!
Yeahhh a press would have saved me some trouble over the years
Kid owner probably or someone who did give a ….
