I hate that Amazon requires you have a MC if you are only driving in state with a box truck. MC IS ONLY REQUIRED for intrastate. Meaning hailing state to state or picking up from ports.. so why does Amazon make us have it??

My certificate says Progressive/Progressive Commercial on it. It says Underwriter is UNITED FINANCIAL CASUALTY COMPANY? Progressive is going to provide the certificate to Amazon. My Agent/Under writer simply sold the policy? Help ha ha
United Financial Casualty is the child company of Progressive that holds policies in your state. Your agent should be sending the certificate to Registry Monitoring Insurance Service (RMIS), who verifies coverages for Amazon Relay. If your agent sold you the policy and said contact Progressive if you need help...you need a better agent.

What is the difference from General liability aggregate and Automobile liability do I need to call my insurance and add General liability aggregate because I don’t have that
General Liability is the coverage type. The word Aggregate applies to the maximum amount of payouts the policy will cover per year. For General Liability you need a $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. It's all under one policy. It is a separate coverage from your Auto Liability.

You have done what is needed by opening a ticket. Amazon's system at times can be a little bit behind the FMCSA so all they need to do is update their system and you should be good to apply.
You do not want to get insurance without an agent. If you go through progressive directly, you need to call them every time you need a COI which can take an hour+ every single call.
Not necessarily. I'm sure there might be a few that are denied but I don't have a list or anything like that. I highly recommend going with A rated companies though.

I've heard of people using shorter trucks but I wouldn't do it. You want a 26ft truck, dock height, with a lift gate. You don't have to get your truck inspected by Amazon or upload photos, or anything like that so it's entirely possible to check the loads and determine if you can use a shorter truck but it might limit you a good bit.

MC is required for Interstate, not intrastate. Interstate = Crossing state lines. Intrastate = Not crossing state lines.
