- The plaintiff has been with the defendant for seven years and married for one. He admits he cheated on his now-wife a few times before their wedding but says he’s faithful now. The plaintiff claims his wife accused him of cheating and vandalized his car, so he’s suing for car damages and emotional distress. The defendant says she knows the plaintiff was cheating on her because she saw a picture on Facebook. She says if he’s cheating on her, she can do whatever she wants to his cars.
