He petitioned the court for a DNA test to see if he’s the father of the defendant’s children. The defendant says the only time she slept with someone else was during a threesome with another woman. She’s confident the plaintiff is the father.

The plaintiff doesn't seem like he learned too much during those 9 years. Doing time does not equal knowledge. I don't think JM was talking about prison time experience, but rather knowledge of the law and court system.
