- The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend. She says she loaned him money when he asked her, but now the con artist is refusing to pay her back, so she’s suing. The defendant says the money was a gift and his ex is only suing because they broke up and he has a new girlfriend.

He didn’t take her out one time in public and asked her for $1,000. He wasn’t in a relationship with her. He was using her for money, period. She’s beyond naive.
