    I'm in burnout 😢 thank you for this! ❤ No one taught me that resting is ok! I actually struggle to rest 😢

    Hey Leo,
    Very insightful video! Thank you for that. It came at the right time for me!🌼
    I realize that I'm running myself to the ground.
    I already am my own doctor (due to the type 1 diabetes I've acquired in 2007) so being my own trainer and make room for recovery time shouldn't be that complicated.
    Allowing my self to recover is something I'm struggling still 😕
    The basics for me (the bare minimum) are: 8h of sleep, eat at least one cooked meal.
    Nice to have: working out, going out for a walk, seeing some friends.
    These days I haven't reached the bare minimum 🤕

    Excellent - as always! Dr Tara Swart (a neuroscientist) has also just posted a valuable instagram post on the 7 types of rest… clearly the time of year when many of us are starting to struggle🙊
