When we founded MORE in 1992 the ‘shed was one of our first priorities. Members went to many, many meetings advocating for mountain bike access. Fortunately some members lived nearby and much of more’s success there!is due to them. Glad to see the club still active (very active according to the events schedule)! Ted in Moab. RIDE365
@@splooshmtb is Gambrill still open to bikes? We went from no mountain bikes ever to “here’s a set of keys to the tool shed, help yourself to the chain saws, shovels, etc.”.
Thanks for repping the shed my man, this place is a gem and you're polishing it. Was curious of personal preference on ideal bike type for the shed. I've been getting tossed around on Kubla/Alba, and the shed in general, on my xc mtb enough times to look into a better suited bike. Deciding between a 140 and a 160 29er
@michaeltaglione5563 I really appreciate that man, couldn't agree more. The shed is absolutely the best riding in MD, to me. So both bikes are gonna do great at the shed, but you can definitely save your body some beating by going with more Enduro travel like 160mm. As long as you're still comfortable pedaling it, an Enduro bike suits the shed the best.
I did not know that about Boundary Line, I might have to give that one another go. Dude, the newly revamped Albatross looks awesome! Great job clearing all the those doubles and gaps. Your confidence on that new bike is unbelievable. Also, love the edit Zane, the added b-roll really makes a huge difference for perspective.
@TrailSage thanks Sage! yeah it was all over pinkbike and other articles a few months ago. Pretty crazy the shed made it! I love jumping this thing off big hits so far, so much more stable than the Hightower. Haha no one else wanted to hit the gaps so thankfully I had plenty of people to record😂
Great video Zane!! You're riding with so much confidence. Love to see it!! Awesome job on those gap jumps! How's the EVO feel compared to your previous bikes? You digging it?
@TheRideAbides thanks Dan! The Evo is ripping and very confidence inspiring! It fits my riding style more than the Hightower and am barely noticing that it's a biiiig bike
DUDE!!! AMAZING ... we did this yesterday (4th july) and our first run was down albatross and that shit was STEEEEEPPPPP and SCARY to me a beginner rider . seeing you hit those jumps and gaps ..thats impressive . we were on ebikes so we suffer but not as much as you guys (climbing on ebikes is hard as well :p )
@mark1john haha I saw you guys were rolling deep with Alex, Jesse, Keenan and the guys, bet it was a fun day! Yeah alba is no joke, it's a true black trail. The jumps are a little scary but once you hit them once they get easier😅
@zboutili hah great question, this one was all over the place- my strava will always be posted in the video description if you want to follow our route. We went up 3saws, down BL, shuttle up to hamburg, gravel to the field (jumps are there) then down alba... then a horrible back up to the car😂
Man i was at the shed yeaterday and i saw those two jumps and man they are big no way i can do them but man you make them look so easy good jump and great video has always
@carlosbarragan6729 depends on your location, my friends at Patapsco bikes can definitely get you taken care of, but depending on distance you can also check out trailwerks near Annapolis.
The slo-mo and music editing on the gaps is top tier
@@MatthewBoyer-ol6xc yooo thanks Matt! I was hoping someone would appreciate that😂

@tedecker3792 man, I love hearing about the history of our mountain bike scene in MD. MORE has a great crew, specially for the shed! 🤘🏽
