12.2 volts is not the sign of a good battery, and it is actually a sign the battery needs a recharge because it's mostly depleted. A healthy battery should be at least 13 volts right off the charger, and should settle at 12.6 or a little more after it's had time to relax from charging.
I’m in the US, the state of Arizona. Batteries here succumb to heat. They shed the material on their plates and over time there isn’t enough of it left to revive this way. We also have a lot of trucks and off road vehicles that take a beating further destroying the material on the plates. And then, when it gets extremely hot the connections that connect one cell to the next become weak and break, leaving no path for voltage or current to flow. This technique might work in cold climates, but I have serious doubts about it helping at all in the desert.

It's not the same battery at the end. The Original was scratched up on the plastic top, and the battery at the end was smooth like a new battery. IMO fake video.
It is the same, it's just under different lighting, if you look for major blemishes (such as scuffs on the corners) then you can see that it is the same battery before and after.

Where do you buy the electrolyte?. In Spain is forbidden sell it if you don't buy only the necessary for a new battery. The law says that you can make explosives with sulfuric acid.
It is possible to make explosives with old acid from a battery just put in a plastic container and evaporate the water off acid does not evaporate so pure acid will remain. Few old batteries from the scrap yard. so this law is pointless for those doing these things! Impurities left in the acid will make no difference.💩

A brand new fully charged battery will drop a half volt or so with that kind of load. In this "test" the voltage hardly changed at all!

I recall spraying WD 40 when cleaning around the battery posts years ago on a good working battery and apparently it seeped down into the battery cells and killed it 100% afterwards needing replacement, and that was the very last time I ever used WD 40 anywhere near my auto batteries! 🤔😮😬😮
Usually takes 3 times , charging with a welder for half an hour, let it cool for an hour, at 80 amps. After it recovers pour the acid into a clean pot straining it through a clean old tee shirt. If it makes it to 13 volts. Not if the ends of the case budget the battery has been overcharged and may have failed internally, wast of time trying to save those. About one in three can be saved with a welder. Using higher amps may short out a salvageable battery, also Hydrogen gas and high amps are a real SAFETY FACTOR. use a hygrometer and test the cells after the battery has cooled.

It's sad to see a bottle of Coke go to waste. The voltage showing just over 12V means it's only verging on WEAK strength, but there is no Amperage test to prove the GOOD strength of the battery.

I think he is right. Whenever battery voltage is zero, it indicated that one or more cell(s) is/are clogged with PbSO4 those very hard to regenerate by Pulse charge. I used to clean them with boiled water but with Coke is my first time to know.

Yes, it’s fairly easy to give a battery surface charge. But this battery was under load from some kind of a/c unit! Of course this could have been a newer battery that had been discharged. This might work if there’s no shorted or broken connections. I think I will try it!
It is useless to wash battery with coke. Just drain all old electrolyte from battery and flush it once or twice with distilled water till all black deposits flush out from battery. Then add new electrolyte into battery and charge it.

Magic juice... The more experienced in this field will have noticed that battery was quite new at the start. Old sulphated batteries have a pronounced bulge in the ends, this one looked perfectly flat so it was probably discharged especially for the video.
The air condition in normal operation with the compressor on it drawes at least 1000 watts,unless he as only the fan working.The converter is 500 watts there is no way in hell it could work. One more fake video on UA-cam.

We all watch in hopes to see a real dead battery come back to real life. But so many times we get mere fraudulent videos. If this truly works, I challenge you to take a confirmed dead battery and without cut outs or video editing, repeat this same procedure and show both voltage and current reading from dead trying to start a vehicle to totally working results and the battery starting the vehicle as the end results. If you can honestly do that, I'm in... Once a battery goes dead, the lead plates inside are used up and/or oxide over and no simple fix other than opening it up and replace the used up lead plates with new ones. That is why there is a core charge for the old battery!

Did you try to charge the battery before doing all this? It wouldn't take a charge but now it will? I would be a believer if you showed it on the charger before and not taking a charge but able to take one after.

I think he is right. Whenever battery voltage is zero, it indicated that one or more cell(s) is/are clogged with PbSO4 those very hard to regenerate by Pulse charge. I used to clean them with boiled water but with Coke is my first time to know.

Yes, it’s fairly easy to give a battery surface charge. But this battery was under load from some kind of a/c unit! Of course this could have been a newer battery that had been discharged. This might work if there’s no shorted or broken connections. I think I will try it!

What is the electrolyte you used? Battery Acid from car parts store?
Magic juice... The more experienced in this field will have noticed that battery was quite new at the start. Old sulphated batteries have a pronounced bulge in the ends, this one looked perfectly flat so it was probably discharged especially for the video.

We all watch in hopes to see a real dead battery come back to real life. But so many times we get mere fraudulent videos. If this truly works, I challenge you to take a confirmed dead battery and without cut outs or video editing, repeat this same procedure and show both voltage and current reading from dead trying to start a vehicle to totally working results and the battery starting the vehicle as the end results. If you can honestly do that, I'm in... Once a battery goes dead, the lead plates inside are used up and/or oxide over and no simple fix other than opening it up and replace the used up lead plates with new ones. That is why there is a core charge for the old battery!

You can Speed things up (camera wise) to save on time. But with cutaways, there's too much room for cheating or Swapping out.

Dobry kit ha ha. Popatrz sobie na konie filmu a czyścił bieguny ujemne i dodatnie a to nagle działa ale podstawiony akumulator , miałem. Padaczkę 12 .50. jeszcze działał i jak coli i omijałem tak sie zrobiło złom bo miało kontrolke i zrobiło nagle 10 .i parę v więc takie rady to sam stosuj. Panie 😂 porażka a po drugie po pierwszym wylaniu za czysty ten elektrod jak się wylewa to mówi że ten akumulator dobra sztuczna albo był w po produkcji suchy , tyle na temat jak ktoś wie jak akumulator jest zbudowany i jak to działa to nie nalewa bo to nie pomatxe tylko uszkodzi całkiem a może wybuchnąć , a taki pan śmieje się że ludzie głupie i się nabierają na taki chwyt
