- In this episode I had another solo 🏕 adventure! I had the entire mountain pond to myself! However there was a challenge involved given to me by a few Miagis in my life. It’s black fly season and they were out in full force. In order to gain experience in wilderness survival I left the bug spray at home. Yikes right? I also ditched the shoes and went barefoot the whole time. It’s just like training to be a boxer. You’re never going to win a fight without knowing what it feels like to get punched in the face. 😂 The night time brought relief from the black flies and much needed peace by the campfire. The next morning I made a portable bug detterent from a piece of chaga. It was an interesting time for sure and a humbling experience! Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe!
