The one thing iv always wondered is how do the red boards at end of stage know the exact time you did on stage do cars have a time computer or chip or something. That goes to a computer at end of stage people
Having it all on one hand makes it easier to process at high speeds or very technical sections of stage. Also, sometime is rally drivers need to take a hand off the wheel to press a button on the wheel so having one hand going up and down gears ensures that we can change gears whilst fiddling with the buttons on the wheel. why rally cars don't have 2 paddles for up and downshifts?
