Would love to have that root grapple. Have a 72” Titan, double head. Works great for moving wood, but it would be nice to have that clearing. Tractor is a DK5310 HST SE. Very happy with the machine.
Each style have their pros and cons. For what I do, the root takes works best for me. You basically have same model as I do. Been loving the upgrade from the subcompact. Lift capacity is amazing. Thanks for stopping in!
Ted, when it's a lot of off and on the tractor it's a PITA, for example switching attachments. But once all that is done and you are just working, it's very comfortable. Will enjoy it most come winter, but A/C isn't a bad deal either on a hot humid day. Thanks for watching!
With this model, the manual shows to store it fully open. I have leaned it against something soft, like a full firewood bag, and that works ok. Would need to build a stand otherwise because it won't stand up on it's own. I'll see if I can make video showing each way here soon.
Isn't it great having AC for these crazy hot days? And isn't it terrible to have AC on these crazy hot days so you don't have excuses waiting until cooler months to do things.

Oh ya, that dump truck is a work horse for me. I've unloaded by hand way too much in the past. This was a nice purchase for me.

Can you show how you now unload the grapple and put it back on if you don't store it fully open. Thank you

I can say I'm happy with the AC option. Always have a place to cool off and still get something done.
