@@rabiakhan324 For me personally, i have gotten it anywhere from my hands, legs, neck, scalp.. and even my nipples. It’s a very itchy and painful skin condition and my hands get very dry to the point where i can’t even bend my fingers. I’ll get cuts from just bending my fingers, and they get super deep too and take a while to heal. You also can’t eat a lot of things because it will make it worse, even certain perfumes, lotions, fabrics, stress.. you name it. To keep the rash at bay, you typically get a steroid cream from your doctor. However, applying the steroid cream for years can also lead to more issues like withdrawal. This means you will get even worse of a reaction once you stop applying steroid cream because your body is now used to the steroids. Hope that puts it into perspective :) Eczema isn’t talked about enough and i haven’t found a cure for me personally.

Bro. I had dyshidrotic eczema since birth. But when I go to Saudi Arabia, it slowly disappeared and Thankful to God. You just have to eat a lot of olives and stop eating sweet. Because sugar is the number 1 cause of any health problems
This list isn't accurate. Basically, you need to avoid foods that trigger excessive immune system reactions so best way is to go to an alergologist or a dermatologist and ask for an allergens test. My eczema is triggered especially much by the big three (gluten, processed sugar, and dairy), however eggs, peanuts, fish, citrus fruits, and spices are fine. It's very individual but I agree on avoiding the big three I mentioned. Honey or stevia instead of sugar, nut milks (make sure you aren't allergic to them), and keto breads are good substitutes I tested. Adapting your diet is key, not saying no to fave things or going over budget.
