- I absolutely love the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Not only is this a great looking minivan, but it has the best touch screen I've encountered and a massive amount of storage space. If you're in the market for a minivan, I highly recommend giving the new Chrysler Pacifica a spin.

I honestly enjoyed watching this video, you took your time and used a clam voice unlike most of these video who rush through the features causing you to have to replay them over again. In addition, most videos on the pacifica no matter what year do not cover the base model it’s all about the loaded feature models, this is exactly what I was searching for. I found your voice pleasantly clam not rushed and you covered everything I wanted to know about my pacifica then went through features I didn’t know it came with. Very good
My uncle just bought a fully loaded Pacifica. I'm sure he will appreciate all the features shown in this video. I might share this with him. 👍
+Trenton Hull Cool! I hope you do. And I hope you get a chance to drive or at least ride in it. It's one of my favorites. And thanks for checking out some of older videos! Hopefully you haven't watched too many...some of them are they're pretty bad.
Love your reviews! Thank you.
+Sang Meong Lee You're too kind.
very good review. you earned a sub
Thank you friend.
You have the Touring L trim. It's about $35,000. With the L trim you get the leather seats and heated seats. It isn't a bad road trip car. I ran a Carfax on it and it was just in Nevada on 1/24/17. Its ranking up the miles.
The Touring L? Thanks! It seems like I'm getting some bad info from the car rental place. I'll be more careful in the future.
And I agree, it's a great road trip car. I took the 2016 on a long road trip and really loved it.
It is actually the Touring Fleet trim being that it is a rental. Touring does not come with Nav but the fleet version does. Look up the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica brochure and scroll to the bottom. Also, there is no 2016 Pacifica. Here is the link to the brochure. Go to page 27. www.chrysler.com/assets/pdf/brochures/eBrochure-ChryslerPacifica.pdf
william ingram jr But he has leather and the leather comes on the L trim
+william ingram jr Love this comment. Thank you for the link/info.
5:12 On all trims above Touring including your rental, there is a button on both the passenger AND driver side that moves the seats forward electronically so you can collapse the second row seats. Your Touring Fleet has it on just the driver side.
Good to know. Thank you. It would have been super helpful to have...it's kinda a pain without it.
@@100RentalCars I wanted to tell you that the Chrysler Pacifica minivan was first produced in 2016 for the first model year which was 2017
Great reviews -- I've subscribed. However, I would very much appreciate being able to see the instrument cluster (specifically tachometer and speedometer) along with the out the windshield view as you test drive vehicles.
Thank you! And, hmmmm...I think I can do that. I'll give it a try next time I film. You should see it in about 3 or 4 videos from now.✌️
I normally dislike FCA, but this car looks great
Agreed! I'm curious how much long they'll make it. Chrysler doesn't make many vehicles any more.
What do you like about the Pacifica over the Grand Caravan?
The quality of the interior is much nicer on the Pacifica. The Caravan is mostly cheap feeling plastic. Plus the center display on the Pacifica is the best I've ever come a cross.
Chrysler did have a built-in tray on top of the minivan dashboard. It was phased out when they added a passenger airbag in 1993.
+Frank Howard Good to know. Thanks for the info.
Our Pacifica is too low to the ground. In 6 months of ownership, we had to repair/replace 2 bumpers and these computerized air shutters that break off when you scrape the front bumper. Cost us over $2000.00 to fix both times. This last time the shutter thing rubbed through the air conditioning condensor-we have no air conditioning. Don't buy if you live in a hilly area! Or get a lift kit for it!
Brian Ost good advice to know
Really? Do you mean you scrap up the van just by going over hills in the road? So are you hitting curbs when you park it? Just curious. I drove this Pacifica in the Chicagoland area, so there's some small hills, but nothing too crazy.
You don't need a lift, just put 20" wheels on it, and you will solve the problem
We've been pricing these out extensively the last few weeks here in the U.S. and I can safely say that when you line up a Chrysler Testica with a sewing machine, the sewing machine wins hands down

There was no 2016 model, I wonder what you drove that you liked that you were referring to?
+Riyad Kalla You're kidding? I had no idea. I swear the rental place told me this was the 2016 model: ua-cam.com/video/I0DJvdKMKJk/v-deo.html
it came out in spring 2016 as a 2017 model. This model year run will be a long one which will last through mid Summer. 2018 model will come out sometime in August.
william ingram jr Right-o, that's exactly what I meant... there was no "2016 Pacifica"... there was a Pacifica in 2016, but if you went shopping for a "2016 Pacifica" you would find 0 for sale... that's what I was getting at.
Actually, there was a 2016 Chrysler Pacifica. It was called the Chrysler Town & Country. Chrysler changed the name when they came out with the new model. Too many minivan buyers who were raised in Town & Countrys couldn't bring themselves to buy the same minivan their parents bought.
Frank Howard no that would be a 2016 T&C and not a Pacifica. the Pacifica is world's apart from the T@C and was introduced as a 2017 model.
Он великолепен.
Google says this means "He's great". Not sure if that's true, but if it is, THANK YOU!
That isn't a heads up display... That's a digital screen within the gauge cluster.
Oooh, I like the sound of that. Alright, I'll start using your terminology in the next video I post. Thanks!
a heads up display, or 'hud' for short, is not his terminology but rather common knowledge. Here is a picture of a hud. continental-head-up-display.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/pr2_img_2014_07_14_ueberblick2014_2_uv-data-e1406712636269.jpg
Cool link. I finally had something like this last week on the 2017 GMC Acadia. A bunch of info is projected in front of the car. Although it's not as interesting as the version in your link, it pretty fun to use. And thanks helping me to correct this terminology mistake I've been making.
Rhymed Reaction 😂😂
100 Rental Cars wait until they use active holographs! lol.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L, 20,739 miles
If you notice that it is against the law to smoke in this minivan including every 2011-present model.
+Demarco Rosas Those stickers are a bit annoying, right? Honestly, I see them so often that I don't even notice them.
Yeah we get it
that isnt the LX thats the Pacifica Touring L
+Jacoby August Hmmm, really? How can you tell?
100 Rental Cars because my friends mom has the same one and im getting the Touring L so i know lol mine is going to be white
Ahh personal experience! Thanks for pointing this out. I've actually made this mistake a few times in the past. I'm trying much harder with my current vids to properly id each vehicle. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be!
100 Rental Cars no problem😂
True, the LX doesn’t have fog lamps nor parking sensors.
Dodge or Chrysler ???
It safety concerns for dashboard
he think he meant the 2016 town and country.
How does it Compare to the Dodge Grand Caravan ??? RIDES BETTER
this is not an lx!
Fun fact this rental van is now up for sale: www.omearaford.com/used/Chrysler/2017-Chrysler-Pacifica-Denver-Co-437aa2890a0e0ae977ebaf7938760a50.htm
Wow !, have they really gone back to placing the tranny shifter by the steering where they shuv been in the first place, than having 'em erroneously situated on the floor of the front center console. It's really either the new-age "paddle shifters" or these steering-side shifters. That's cuz they dont take away anyone's attention on the road ahead at anytime, for especially the likes of newbies or the elderly who're at the wheels.
On a different note tho', for no matter how swell this vehicle maybe. We wont get the likes of these here in my Country. It's really a wonder why, there isnt any American cars here? I..mean, present-day American cars are no longer that immensely "Huge" as what they were from way back when ??, thru' the 60s, until the late 70s. They're now much much more (figuratively), "down to earth" (if U will). The question is, why then are there no other American cars, apart from Caterpillar backhoe-loaders & the Ford brand name under some British or German designed guise alone that can be seen here in Malaysia, coud that be attributed to that probability, bcoz American cars mostly comprised having some rather excessive (big block) capacity engines, was it politics or the lack of interest on the part of the uninitiated.
+beaggyboy Hello! Thanks for the great comment. And I have no idea why you're not seeing more American cars in your country. I imagine it's likely largely influenced by whatever international trade deal Malaysia and the US currently have, if any. If you figure it out, let me know!
