Is it bad that I got more excited watching this Chrysler than the Porsche 911 Carrera review they did awhile back? 😂 Also really cool how he was so animated w/ his daughter!
Some people see the pacifica as a cheesy, family vehicle. To me, it seems like the ultimate road trip car. You have plenty of room for friends and their stuff. If you needed too, a couple people could sleep in it, because you have that much room. It's easy to drive all day. It's awesome.
i’m 20 now, but when I was 18 I scoured craigslist for the cheapest running minivan I could find so my friends and I could hotbox it when the weather got too cold outside lol anyways I found a 2003 grand caravan for $400 that had a steering wheel wobble... long story short I replaced 1 tire and I still have that van today. easily the most reliable/versatile car i’ve owned I recommend everyone gets a minivan at some point
my aunt and uncle test drive one recently and were evolved in a serious accident. The van looked like it was hit by a train. seeing the picture you would expect they would be dismembered. But fortunately they were almost unharmed. They actually bought one after the accident. (which wasn't their fault)
Step 5: Van has engine problems. Step 6: Take it to Chrysler. Step 7: Chrysler makes up lame excuse not to fix it under warranty. Step 8: Pay $3,000 out of your own pocket. Step 9: Kids don't eat for two months and 3 of 6 kids die. At least Chrysler saved $3k.
My fiancé and I have been anxiously awaiting this review. We decided if Micah and or Zach liked it that would be all we needed to take the plunge. And furthermore I will happily tell all my minivan hating friends that Micah Muzio has advised me to tell them they can kiss my grits if they don't like it.
I love babies! Just bought our 2018 Pacifica Limited L with S black package. And gotta say it's damn fun to drive. Never thought I'd say that but test drive one, you'll see what I mean. Super quiet, full of tech, DVD system. Apple car play and Android Auto standard. So cool we don't need to spend 899 on a Uconnect tomtom based Nav. Google maps much better. Could go on and on how good the Pacifica is .
I’m really considering buying this nice looking minivan but Is true it has electric transmission problems as well as suspension ? I read lots of reviews stating that it has transmission problems 🤦🏻♂️
I'm thinking about this minivan more than an SUV. Maybe the expectations are too high but, SUV's always seem to fall short of their marks ie. Safety, MPG, ease of use, use of space, reliability, innovation, cost, etc. The Pacifica says "Practical and Style" and I think you can dress it up, mildly (IMO). FYI... The little girl is adorable, definitely a happy and loved child! Way to go Dad!
We just had our second child, we travel a lot with yearly trips to Florida (and California starting next year) and we are looking to upgrade from our Jetta TDI. I got to say, this minivan is very tempting even though I am dead set on getting either Ford Explorer or the GMC Yukon.
So this is the first time I've watched a KBB review, and also my first review with Micah. Damn, that was entertaining. You've earned a sub for sure, I look forward to exploring the rest of your work.
When I first saw this Chrysler Pacifica Mini van a friend had one in white and I fell in love with its noticeable difference from other vans, just kidding around with him I would tell him to take good care of his Pacifica because I was going to be the second owner. Well here we are and I was able Thank God to buy a used 2017 this van has lots of room, what a difference in this and my Kia Sedona. I was hoping for a good review and this gave me just that, thanks. Now if I could just learn to use all the features I’d be dangerous, lol. Oh and mine is a beautiful black on black in black surrounded by black, through and through.
If you take care of them nothing goes wrong most the time, now if the vehicle has not been taken care of, when it gets older with 100,000 Miles or 160,000 km on it all the problems start to come in at once since nothing was maintained properly and age is cruel. My mom had two Chryslers, 1st one was an 04 Pacifica. It was pretty dependable in that it would start up every time as long as the battery had a charge, but a few things did go wrong like there was a mild rust problem since I reside in Canada (frame and exhaust) and that I would say was the biggest issue. But it was a TANK, and if you got into an accident. Well lets just say its the other vehicle that is gonna take the beating while the Pacifica will drive away and with little damage, depending on speed of course. 2nd Is a 2012 Dodge Caravan, and I must say this is one of the most reliable Chrysler products out there. Had it since 70,000km and it is at 150 ish at the moment and all it had between then and now was a mis fire in one of the cylinders (I think it was just the spark plug). But there is a tranny issue which developed where shifting from reverse to drive really fast would usually cause a clunk. I blame the way it was driven, going into the next gear while in motion aka R to D while still rolling backwards slightly (Women, am I right?). Also its not like the either cars are being cared for as much as any car should be cared for.
Simplex SM I have a 2009 town and country and in one year I had to replace the tranny at 73k miles and the rear ac system at 79k miles. A total of $4500! Only in one year!
Just love those Stow & Go seats. Travel with an Aero Bed Full or even Queen, stow the seats, and you can use it for overnight accommodations. .Just shower at a gym. I rented a Pacifica and it was a pleasure to drive. Only caveat is that it's a Chrysler product, so you just know that there are quality problems lurking, which is a shame.
Just the BEST reviews period. Really enjoyed this one too! You make them fun & adorable, not just info. Very entertaining, looking forward to next :-) likd n subd.
Currently renting this minivan, love everything about it except for the engine stopping at lights or traffic and starting when you depress the brake. It'd be okay if it was a smooth transition but it's jerky. If you could deal with that everything about it from this review is true. Great pickup and corners like a sedan.
Not only that but she's walking with the swagger of an enraged drunk. I love her eagerness and tenacity but man, this injury-prone phase has me on edge.
+Micah Muzio makes you wonder how all the parents ahead of you raising multiple kids and baby sitting did it. Did they just give up after a while? But you have to love this stage of life and wonder what's next! :)
Great review. You did a good job I was well entertained and informed. You should do another with high trim or other van models with your daughter of course
Yes, it's nice and has a lot of USBs, but how the reliability and build quality? This matters most to families when they buy a minivan to have for many years.
I would say not to great on reliability and quality, the automatic transmission would not work correctly, malfunctioning gps and other electronics, there were recalls, there’s almost a handful of issues since Chrysler is not good with quality
That's an impressive van. I think we've have become spoiled as to how good most vehicles are now, that we have to nitpick over the most petty things to find fault.
Great review! Thoughtful and full of sane humour. Love it. You must be from Calgary because I saw you were driving under the airport tunnel in one of your videos
I own a pacifica and my only issue is that if you try to accelerate when moving, your transmission takes over a second to decide to shift down...i wouldn't call it a slushmatic but its pretty bad
I know this is random but .. Where was this filmed, and what Holiday Inn is that at 4:55? There was one like that in Destin, Florida years ago, but it's long gone now. Wife and I miss it, big time.
I used a decibel reader on the Cell phone during a test drive of a Touring L Plus trim. The Active noise cancellation as well as acoustical glass and insulation package combined to produce only 40-50dbs. By contrast vehicles without those features will score between 50-70 dbs in the cabin noise category. They quiet tuned the vehicle well. Lower trim lines get less insulation and may have louder cabins.
They put the nine speed POS in the Pacifica ? Thank goodness I went for the high trimmed, much cheaper, same engine with a decent six speed Grand Caravan !
My son is named “Micah” because of you bro😂 not “after” you but rather because we were thinking of names and I thought of Micah from KBB and I said “How about Micah?” And she liked it. Anyway we’re working on a 4th and I need a van.
Probably best review u guys did :) thank you. Im really hoping to see comparison between all miniwans (quest, sedona, siena, pacifica and odysseys) just so my family knows what to expect out of each :)
We just traded ours in today for a new Honda Odyssey. Our Pacifica started to Rust on the hood in several places (it was even garage kept), and the transmission was clunky. Apparently, these cars are notorious for having bad transmissions and rusting easily.
I have three kids and the two oldest sit in the back...how is the view of the DVD players from the back? right now we have the odyssey which has the overhead player. I also think the seats are wider in the odyssey.
Is it bad that I got more excited watching this Chrysler than the Porsche 911 Carrera review they did awhile back? 😂
Also really cool how he was so animated w/ his daughter!
Agree! the minivan was calling his name!!!!!!!!!
Greatest reviews on UA-cam hands down.
*Most entertaining
+24/7 Gaming yes
carwow is also just as good!

you are absolutely 100% incorrect!
Some people see the pacifica as a cheesy, family vehicle. To me, it seems like the ultimate road trip car. You have plenty of room for friends and their stuff. If you needed too, a couple people could sleep in it, because you have that much room. It's easy to drive all day. It's awesome.
Honestly, road tripping is one reason I'm looking at this.
@@stephenreed3381 Me too!!!! LOL
Portable office for me.
I'm 16 and I really want a minivan... is that bad? :D
Ian Tavenner not really...they get shat on but they are like pick up trucks great haulera that can move people
Ian Tavenner yes
i’m 20 now, but when I was 18 I scoured craigslist for the cheapest running minivan I could find so my friends and I could hotbox it when the weather got too cold outside lol anyways I found a 2003 grand caravan for $400 that had a steering wheel wobble... long story short I replaced 1 tire and I still have that van today. easily the most reliable/versatile car i’ve owned I recommend everyone gets a minivan at some point
not at all!
I'd so get the Pacifica, I'd love to have it!!
my aunt and uncle test drive one recently and were evolved in a serious accident. The van looked like it was hit by a train. seeing the picture you would expect they would be dismembered. But fortunately they were almost unharmed. They actually bought one after the accident. (which wasn't their fault)
WOW!
She is so adorable Micah. Great review as always.
You're one of the only car reviewers that makes me laugh outloud. Koodos for getting the job done brilliantly and being entertaining at the same time.
Step 1: Shift to US.
Step 2: Marry someone, get a green card.
Step 3: Have 6 kids.
Step 4: Buy this van.
#LifeGoals
Lmao
LMAO!!!
you are the guy!
Zubin B. How bout not getting married save your money and buy this van o yea don't have kids neither

So you have someone to blame IF errr umm WHEN it falls apart. For what it is it's your best bet right now but it isn't going to last.
I would defiantly wait on the Redesigned Toyota and Honda models coming out.
Do you make/like/eat grits? I know it's an expression but...ijs
PunxsutawneyDave
Though I'll never buy a minivan, I do like its interior design ALOT!
That intro is basically why I love KBB.
I don't have kids but this van got me thinking to have children.
wow Chrysler secret agenda of populating the earth with more Chrysler fans seems to be working.
Matthew Palanca lol
Matthew Palanca just so you can buy this van
Matthew Palanca no kidding. im not into minivans but when i saw this at the la auto show i fell in love with it. better than the ugly ass odyssey
get a big suburban or tahoe
I love the styling on this van. Interior aesthetics are gorgeous. Great mpg too. Great job Chrysler
Only you guys can make a video about a Pacifica interesting and fun. Great job.
Awesome vid broski....plus your daughter's smile helped to sell my wife the concept of owning one!
This guy is GOOD at car reviews :) 👍
i guess I'm kinda randomly asking but does anybody know a good place to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Shawn Keenan lately I have been using FlixZone. You can find it on google =)
@Jonas Gatlin Definitely, I have been using FlixZone for since march myself =)
@Jonas Gatlin thanks, signed up and it seems to work :D I appreciate it!
@Shawn Keenan Glad I could help :)
I still like the Sedona's exterior design, but I prefer the Pacifica's interior.
New Fiat rule. Only Fiat vehicles are allowed to have crappy interiors.
Kevin Smith lol what? My Fiat interior is incredible and my favorite part of the vehicle. The details and materials are very high quality.
ugly before better ugly asia car style fail this time
I love babies! Just bought our 2018 Pacifica Limited L with S black package. And gotta say it's damn fun to drive. Never thought I'd say that but test drive one, you'll see what I mean. Chrysler has a big hit with this one. Great review KBB, you're among the best.
I’m really considering buying this nice looking minivan but Is true it has electric transmission problems as well as suspension ?
I read lots of reviews stating that it has transmission problems 🤦🏻♂️
i have to say, you are the funniest reviewers on UA-cam… GOOD JOB!
I'm thinking about this minivan more than an SUV. Maybe the expectations are too high but, SUV's always seem to fall short of their marks ie. Best content I've seen from KBB on a long time. Keep up the good work guys!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm liking this not because I like Chrysler, or minvans. But because you and your daughter are great!
The most enjoyable and informative car review ever. Just decided on our new ride.
These reviews help me cope with Monday's
We just had our second child, we travel a lot with yearly trips to Florida (and California starting next year) and we are looking to upgrade from our Jetta TDI. I got to say, this minivan is very tempting even though I am dead set on getting either Ford Explorer or the GMC Yukon.
Your daughter adorable 😊 and this review is top notch. 👌
Who needs Power Wheels when you have Micah?
The Sedona's exterior design I really like, but the Pacifica's is also great looking, those two are pretty hard to choose from.
Bought mine in November, One of the best cars I've ever owned
That's awesome, glad to hear you're happy with your purchase!
I’ve never seen a dad so exicited about minivan lol. I’m sold though 1st minivan on my list.
Honestly i think everyone secretly wants one of these even if they dont have kids, and that stow and go seating is awesome
it is fun to watch these guys car review.
Nice review man, you really know how to make your reviews excited, and your little one is so cute.
Hands down-he`s the best reviewer on the net.
So this is the first time I've watched a KBB review, and also my first review with Micah. Damn, that was entertaining. You've earned a sub for sure, I look forward to exploring the rest of your work.
this guy, and his reviews are freaking GREAT!
When I first saw this Chrysler Pacifica Mini van a friend had one in white and I fell in love with its noticeable difference from other vans, just kidding around with him I would tell him to take good care of his Pacifica because I was going to be the second owner. Love this Pacifica, but I love my original Pacifica, too!
Like all Chrysler products, I'd wait until after the first year to see how reliable it is.
In my experience, Chrysler's Trucks and Minivans has always been super reliable.
Simplex SM That's unusual, given that every reliability study says they're well below average.
+elton john Most likely because of the jeeps and the smaller cars.
If you take care of them nothing goes wrong most the time, now if the vehicle has not been taken care of, when it gets older with 100,000 Miles or 160,000 km on it all the problems start to come in at once since nothing was maintained properly and age is cruel. This guy is entertaining. Very funny and informative review. Good stuff
I like this review style....wayy better than I expected.
The BEST review on UA-cam!! Subscribed!
Nice review again but where is CX 9 review you guys suppose to be do that in second week of August don't you
The review was shot a couple weeks ago and will enter the post-production phase shortly.
+Kelley Blue Book how can we know what car reviews are coming and when?
OK THANKS I AM EAGERLY WAITING FOR THAT REVIEW
+Kelley Blue Book how's the stereo system and is it 13 speakers or 20 speakers system
Just love those Stow & Go seats. Travel with an Aero Bed Full or even Queen, stow the seats, and you can use it for overnight accommodations. .Just shower at a gym. Best review ever! Great fun to watch! Thank you!

Great reviews you guys always kill it!
A very good review. I thought your daughter was the highlight of the review. Great choice to add her in.
Micah awesome review like always happy to know you're a father too
Love the review and the vid bro! U need to do more vids.
😂 you guys make my minivan search entertaining!
We're so glad to hear that! What are you leaning towards?
DUDE! You actually made a Minivan test and review video fun to watch. Well done and great shameless daughter plug!
Excellent review. Very enjoyable to watch.
She's adorable! Love the reviews
Thanks, Arslan! Glad you enjoy our reviews!
Thank you for replying! You and Zach are absolutely incredible at what you do!
Just the BEST reviews period. Really enjoyed this one too! You make them fun & adorable, not just info. Very entertaining, looking forward to next :-) likd n subd.
Nice review of the car. I must say Micah's daughter is too cute and adorable.
Best mini-van by a mile, period.
Hey one of the best review i seen ever before :)
I like the way you playing with your daughter
KBB you guys are the best, awesome review
This is a Wonderful Van I just got it in Oct and I have to say I'm really happy!!!
Awesome reviews. Just great mix of info, commentary and humor. Well done!
LOVE this review video!!!! Love the funny side of it!! Thanks!! It was awesome to watch!! 😃😃
Very good review. The minivan looks awesome, shame there's not a five seater for the UK. Oh, your daughter is a real sweetheart.
I would wait to buy this van I would wait about a year to see if any recalls/issues pop up
True! And that can be said for pretty much about anything these days because something's are bound to fail.
Wait to see? It's a Chrysler, this vehicle by itself is an issue.
+penvon True people would be better just buying the Japanese competitors
Currently renting this minivan, love everything about it except for the engine stopping at lights or traffic and starting when you depress the brake. It'd be okay if it was a smooth transition but it's jerky. If you could deal with that everything about it from this review is true. Great pickup and corners like a sedan.
Micah is she getting BIG already and Adorable! So darn CUTE! Must take after mom LOL ;) Nice Review as always!!
great review and hillarious
Really good review! Loved the humor. Thanks.
Great review. You did a good job I was well entertained and informed. You should do another with high trim or other van models with your daughter of course
Yes, it's nice and has a lot of USBs, but how the reliability and build quality? This matters most to families when they buy a minivan to have for many years.
They're all about the same now. It's not 2006 anymore
Love this guy quite entertaining when reviewing car
Great review! Really enjoy watching KBB reviews! You have an adorable little girl!
Great review! Thoughtful and full of sane humour. Love it. You must be from Calgary because I saw you were driving under the airport tunnel in one of your videos
I love these reviews! Youre so funny and silly lol, we totally have the same sense of humor so i laugh alot while watching. Great review as usual
I own a pacifica and my only issue is that if you try to accelerate when moving, your transmission takes over a second to decide to shift down...i wouldn't call it a slushmatic but its pretty bad
Chrysler doesn’t make good automatic transmissions, it could be why u are experiencing problems with it
Love the alliteration: “Vexing vents!”
Great review! Thanks for the Dad's perspective too :)
The vent scene was amazing
Best looking van on the market
I know this is random but .. Where was this filmed, and what Holiday Inn is that at 4:55? There was one like that in Destin, Florida years ago, but it's long gone now. Wife and I miss it, big time.
Henry Hunter Long Beach, California
Your kids is adorable!!!! Congratulations!
Wow a good car from Chrysler! Hopefully it has no problems, like the average Chrysler.
lol
lol
at 5:14, what he said? how many airbags? hét (seven in Hungarian) ? :D maybe I'm wrong
Wish they brought this to Australia. That stow n go system would work so well in practice
The Pacifica has only one drawback: it is a Chrysler .
and?
That's a bad thing?
she is so adorable... i didnt even notice the minivan
Amazing and funny review! But when you were listing the other minivans, you forgot to mention the Nissan Quest.
Not competitive.
ZL1Gimpelson Maybe. I'm not sure, I've never rode in one before.
+ZL1Gimpelson people still buy them. Some just forget it exists because it hasn't been updated in so long.
Vikk 54 I could actually see that.
Heheheh...
...oh, wait, you were serious.
Here. Let me laugh harder.
AAAAAHAHAHAHAHA! XD
Probably best review u guys did :) thank you. Im really hoping to see comparison between all miniwans (quest, sedona, siena, pacifica and odysseys) just so my family knows what to expect out of each :)
I would never buy a minivan (I don't need it) but this was my favorite review ever. So cute!!!
perfect car for family
Such an adorable little girl, and you're looking like a happy new dad. Is there plans for a all-wheel drive version of the Pacifica?
We just traded ours in today for a new Honda Odyssey. Our Pacifica started to Rust on the hood in several places (it was even garage kept), and the transmission was clunky. Apparently, these cars are notorious for having bad transmissions and rusting easily.
Good review. Thanks.
I have three kids and the two oldest sit in the back...how is the view of the DVD players from the back? right now we have the odyssey which has the overhead player. I also think the seats are wider in the odyssey.
