I have watched many yoga stations on UA-cam and you are by far the best teacher, presenter. No fluff and you are gorgeous. I definitely look younger since starting face yoga about 18 months ago. My biggest problem area is droopy eyelids where I have seen very minimal improvement. I'm going to incorporate this workout to my routine. Thank you!

Hi I am a retired massage therapist and can honestly say after doing this once (with a bit of my own flair) this is going to work. Not too mention it would mean the than likely help ease some individuals with ocular migraines. Also, I love she added the upside down version because the muscles are going to be used in a different way and increase toning.

OMG O.O Seriously?!?!?! I only just started and I'm 36 yrs old, people mistake me for 25-26 but I had a poor health bout and know the collagen in my skin was compromised due to two years of medical negligence. I just was not given proper care and it took forever to get my health back to normal. That said, the quality of my skin is still where it was, but I noticed that due to a few minor mini strokes due to stress my right side of my face is slightly droopy. noticeably my right eye lid :( Some days it's fine, some days I look like I had a stroke. So I'm trying to get my muscles back to strength and proper signaling. I want to look stoic, not like I had many mini strokes due to medical PTSD causing so much stress. That said, thank you this has really encouraged me. :)

You are young yet. My face has been A1 until I reached 70. I learn facial exercises in Indian from my Dad’s Aunt, but it doesn’t matter what you exercise when you reaches in your sixties like a car everything start falling apart. I can tell you are uses more than facial yoga to look that young, because there is nothing like anti aging. You just have to live with whatever God has plan for you.

I had two Major surgeries in less than three months. What an awesome God we serve. In May 25th I had Masectomy, June 22nd had Total removal of Thyroid glands to test for cancer, thank God results came back no cancer. I am recuperating by God's grace. Luv.
I have one eyelid that droops and have been doing these exercise for a couple of weeks and have noticed it getting better and less droopy. I'll keep doing these exercises to see if I see any further improvements but yes, these are helping 🥰
@@Instanamaste24 yeah, I do it on both but will add a few exercise on my droopy side. You do need to keep doing them as I stopped for a week and noticed it getting droopy again 😅. Sleeping on my back and not my side also and using eye cream/oil in my skin care routine.

I woke up with deeper creases under my eyes over night and seem to get worse daily! I try to eat well, I use grape seed oil under eye and am gentle. I have no clue what it could be other than winter drying my skin worse than ever or weight loss but this was a literal overnight change! I take good care not to sleep on my face, too.
Since this was two years ago, you may not see this, but I was wondering how old you were at the time. I turned 52 in April and it’s like something happened to my under eye area overnight as well. So frustrating!

The best I can say is drink water, eat healthy, take vitamins, spray your face with water or a mister when you can with a good moisturizer and cleanser. Maybe gently exfoliate with a wash cloth twice a week. I’m tired of USO’s going a ton of skin care when that is all that really works for me lol
i was so sold by your face yoga (blowfish face) and your "lift your breasts naturally" i have moved on to the LIPS -- i have set an alarm to do this as i drive home after dropping off the kids. for the LONGEST time people were SHOCKED to find out how old i am -- in the last 2 yrs people stopped looking shocked and have made "well WE get old it happens" and i'm freaking out. i am so ready !
Droopy eyelids are an inheritance. Use a light eyeshadow near the lid & a soft shaded color in the center of the eye. Top it off with a highlight near the brow. I'm certain you are naturally beautiful but enjoy shadows if it pleases you. Play up your features not your make-up.🤗💖🖖

@blackskyboii I do like the suggestion of facial tools. I didn't think about them as being very viable. I don't want wrinkles either. I just learned about sunscreen too. I have no clue what it could be other than winter drying my skin worse than ever or weight loss but this was a literal overnight change! I take good care not to sleep on my face, too.
Since this was two years ago, you may not see this, but I was wondering how old you were at the time. I turned 52 in April and it’s like something happened to my under eye area overnight as well. So frustrating!
@@tracylimes3597 Girl, I’m wondering that today fr. It really seems to be around winter. The best I can say is drink water, eat healthy, take vitamins, spray your face with water or a mister when you can with a good moisturizer and cleanser. Maybe gently exfoliate with a wash cloth twice a week. I’m tired of USO’s going a ton of skin care when that is all that really works for me lol
i was so sold by your face yoga (blowfish face) and your "lift your breasts naturally" i have moved on to the LIPS -- i have set an alarm to do this as i drive home after dropping off the kids. for the LONGEST time people were SHOCKED to find out how old i am -- in the last 2 yrs people stopped looking shocked and have made "well WE get old it happens" and i'm freaking out. i am so ready !

Have you always had droopy eyes?
Yes. Even as a kid
Droopy eyelids are an inheritance. Use a light eyeshadow near the lid & a soft shaded color in the center of the eye. Top it off with a highlight near the brow. I'm certain you are naturally beautiful but enjoy shadows if it pleases you. Play up your features not your make-up.🤗💖🖖

Thank you so much!!...I'm 20 still It works great, Whenever I wake up earlier than 8 hours, My eyes felt heavy, but after doing these exercises, I feel so relaxed, need no more sleep, and much active. So whenever you *_have to_* wake up early (though not recommended), do these exercises, It'll help you a tonne, (no coffee required)!!

Our eyes have muscles that rotate up down right left. Constantly looking down weakens that muscle. Try changing your position why watching videos. Eye exercises help too & help with better vision. Enjoy your videos.💖🖖🤗

I have a moment disorder that effects the muscles in my body and face. I'm having to use muscle relaxers everyday, so it's changed the appearance and symmetry of my eyes and mouth on my one side. Thank you so much for these videos 🥰
I don't recommend this facial exercise and why it's a problem. The problem for doing facial yoga is that you're moving your facial muscles around your face too much, it will cause your skin to lose elasticity and firmness which you'll end up with finlines and wrinkles on your face.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to buy facial massage tools either on Amazon, or in stores. It provides a better benefits than using your hands to drag your face around.
Best way to contain your youthful/glowy skin is to apply sunscreen, retinol (nightime only), moisturize, proper sleep schedule, healthy diet (fruits, veggies, whole grain), exercise, and drink plenty of water. I hope this help to change your mind.
@blackskyboii I do like the suggestion of facial tools. I didn't think about them as being very viable. I don't want wrinkles either. I just learned about sunscreen too. Something I wish I knew or taken more seriously when I was younger. Would have skipped the tanning beds also.
