Hi Veena. I'm not certain but it sounds like it may have been connected to a land line and now that connection has been lost. To fix that, you will need an alarm engineer familiar with HKC systems and they will need your current engineers acess code, if you know it. Otherwise they should be able to reset that code for you.
I am trying to get to the manager menu to change the wifi settings on my hkc system but when i type in my user code to scroll through the menu the alarm immediately starts a full set countdown. could you advise?

Hi there I had the same problem! To fix it unfortunately I had to default my whole entire alarm panel! That’s the only way
