    I gave this a thumbs down because this fantastic sounding instrument and performance is going to end up costing me eighteen hundred bucks as I'm off to order my own 3x Mother 32 rig after seeing this dang it! :)

      3x Behringer D would be 9 oscillators rather than 3.

      Digiphex Electronics Yeah but no sequencers or patch points (ok the D has a few .. I own one .. but not like the Mothers), also the Mothers feel nicer to work with .. no regrets with the D though except its lost its tuning calibration in less than a month (just sitting in my climate controlled studio)

    Amazing stuff. I'm going for the TC Electronic Hall. Still waiting for my second mother to return from the shop (nut broke of). If I ever get the money together I will defenitly purchase two more. 3 for sequencing and tweaking and one for solo, or even two so you can play a chord made out of two notes.
    Thanks for the inspiring video

    and well simply beautiful. As always keep up the good work, and you are incredible.

    • @RheyneMusic
      @RheyneMusic  5 років тому +1

      Elephant Kid My apologies, I wasn’t too good at taking patch notes when this was made, but from what I can recall, each Mother was acting as its own voice, with only minimal patching between them. The TC reverb was on the overall mix, and one of the Mothers handling the arpeggio was going direct to the Roland Demora.

    • @RheyneMusic

      The reverb was on an aux send, and one of the Mothers was running direct to the delay. I recorded the master output from the mixer directly into the Tascam audio recorder (balanced 1/4" to XLR). No other effects, compression, or EQ, just the reverb pedal and delay module.

    • @RheyneMusic
      @RheyneMusic  8 років тому

      I'm not sure if there's anything in that price range, but it's close to an Arturia MicroBrute or a Roland Boutique. Might be better to invest in a MIDI controller and some software, unless you already have that.

    • @cerealeskilleur5117

      +cereales killeur start with a roland Gaia, or a used Virus C or Nord lead 2 Rack. A synth is a synth if you're trying to learn. Some are monophonic and some are poly.

      Yes, the bass is coming from the bottom Mother. That's basically the square wave with a slow LFO handling PWM. The VCA is switched-on so it holds the note, and I'm changing notes on the Mother-32 keyboard, while opening and closing the filter manually.

    3x Mother-32, too epic! Very lush and interesting jam, like it a lot!
    I've just uploaded a new Drum & Bass track, if you have the time...? ;-)

    Wow. Why can't I get my Hall of Fame sounding this good?

      Thank you! I had it on the "hall" setting with lots of decay, and I believe the tone knob was set mostly counter-clockwise. Mix was around 50/50.
