    Yeah, how unfortunate that right before the toughest interval of them all, the video stops. So it's even then. Last workout I couldn't make the last 5 minutes interval (the 6x5, r1:30 session), now _you_ have bailed out on this last session😆. That said, looking at my heart rate progression it is a very nice sawtooth shape curving up slowly all the way from bottom UT2 to a little above AT for the last stint. Very nice workouts Eric, could not come up with stuff like this myself. Very grateful for these, I am becoming fitter by the day. Thanks!

    That was a solid bit of interval training. Pushed from about SS heartrate to somewhere near max HR. Confronting to see how much AN speed I've lost over a year but I'm sure it will come back if I can keep up with these workouts of yours.

    do you ever track your heart rate for these workouts? Do you not need to because you have enough experience to know your zones pretty well?

    Have you ever tried doing a 30min at rate 20 test piece? Would you recommend it for a collegiate team tryout?
